The girl making my sandwich put way less meat and cheese on than my sandwiches have ever gotten. She put the ingredients on very unevenly, didn’t bother trying to spread them out. She put the wrong sauces on when I said loud and clearly what sauces I wanted, and she was by far the slowest worker at any restaurant I’ve ever seen. On top of that, subway raised their PRICES AGAIN. I paid almost $13 for 3 slices of cheese with a small handful of turkey on a footlong. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful to this girl at all. I don’t know if she had health problems or was just a bad worker. Before she helped me she stood there at the assembly line chatting with a coworker about someone else working there and then stared off into space for several minutes instead of helping customers.

He didn’t seem to grasp the concept of starting one sandwich and doing the next while it’s toasting, forcing couples to wait for him to slowly shamble down the line with one person just to be told there’s a second sandwich

The skinny blonde was at the register. There was no line and I walked up to the counter and waited till they were ready. And then when they were ready there was a family behind me and the worker asked if I was getting a sandwich or something and I said no just a pretzel an they said well the line is over there and i said ok but there wasn’t a line and they refused to serve me unless I walked behind. And then the people behind me just were passing through Walmart so they didn’t help anyone. Just wanted a pretzel. First time also my last at this subway. Great booth though!

As far as the sandwiches, I’ve never had any complaints; but the service I received today was unacceptable. The dark-haired lady that actually made my sandwich was wonderful, as always; polite, efficient and fast. However, the blonde that was supposed to ring me up, was a complete witch. She was doing inventory on the register. Perhaps if she had just taken a moment to make eye contact with me and ask for my patience, it would have changed everything. Instead, she ignored me. When I asked her if she could please ring me up, she told me she was doing inventory and that she would get to me when she could. I asked if she could at least tell me what the total was going to be, she told me to wait. After a couple minutes, I was becoming VERY aggravated. Finally, she threw her pen down and rang me up. She threw her pen down, so I would know what an inconvenience I was causing her. I, the customer, was making her life difficult because I wanted to pay for my sandwich. If this were the first time I had ever seen her show her butt, I could have let it go; but it wasn’t. I’ve purchased sandwiches from this location several times and each time she has been there, she has exhibited this same kind of behavior. Obviously, she has no clue about customer service, which is unfortunate.

I normally give Subway 5 stars but this was the worst service i’ve ever had. First they only had one kind of bread available which changed the way my usual sandwich tastes and was made. Then the staff was rude I have always since I was a little girl I ordered my sandwich with extra black olives and when I asked for extras this time the two ladies behind the counter acted as if I was inconveniencing them. They even while I was asking for the extra black olives talked amongst themselves and had rude comments about my request and like I previously said I have always ordered my sandwich the same way for 26 years now. So as a customer I would like to have consistent service no matter which Subway I go to and I’ve been to Subways in at least 25 different states and usually the service has always been friendly and consistent until that day. I also would appreciate not being disrespected over a simple request and that wasn’t the only thing that they did it over when it came time for the sauces I always get sweet onion, mayo, oil & vinegar plus oregano which I know sounds different but they made faces of disgust at my request which I felt was unprofessional of them to do. I felt uncomfortable with the whole process because of the way the two employees working acted towards what I have ordered, which as I previously stated has been the same way for years now. Very unprofessional and I think from now on I will just stick to ordering my sandwiches from a different company when I’m in the mood for a sub style sandwich.

I wish I could give them 0 stars!! Horrible customer service!!! The subway worker was rude from the start, toasted 1 sandwich without asking, her knives were all dirty, and what made us walk away with out any food was she threw her knife that landed covered in sauce into 3 different vegetables then moved to the next sandwich with gloves covered in sauces. Worse subway experience ever! We did not pay for the food or leave with it!

I could do a better job at training and manangment of this shop. The employees are rude, don’t listen to you, don’t know what their doing. I had one employee not know what bread was what. As a food industry worker, it makes me sad the lack of quality and passion is not there. It’s making sandwiches. I could run that with one other guy working with me. They have no communication, no respect for the guest. I recommend retraining it just getting a different crew.

I’m not a big fan of Subway but give them an A- for effort and customer service. Nobody makes subs like they do in the Northeast with the exception of Jersey Mike’s. Despite the fact that they’re a chain fast food restaurant their food is fresh and I’ve often thought that they’re is too much meat on their subs, if there could be such a mistake! I know this is Subway I’m reviewing and I am! Unfortunately, the rank second in my book!
