They didn’t toast the garlic bread spicy Italian sandwich. The whole point is its toasted garlic bread. They charged more for it, made it wrong and the manager just emailed that it happens and they’re sorry. Look at it! I couldn’t go back or I would have. Don’t bother, drive on to another location!! And yes I’m being petty because when you are broke and you splurge for the special sandwich and they screw it up it makes me mad! Lolol!

Store lights and open sign were on but staff had locked the door. We arrived at around 7pm and no one inside would open the doors for us. The hour sign said they were open until 10pm and there was no sign saying they were temporarily closed.

this was actually the worst subway i’ve ever been to. i don’t ever leave reviews bc i don’t care that much but this subway was painful. they were so slow. didn’t have change so we had to get some at quick trip. rolled their eyes. literally everything you don’t do when it comes to customer service they did. and i swear one of them was on drugs. they are full grown adults, im 18 and i know better customer service. it pains me that they are getting paid buy the hour to treat people the way they did my dad and i.

Employees here were unbelievably high. They had their pitbull inside the restaurant. Moved slower than you could ever imagine. One was in the store with no mask, another was outside smoking inches from the door for ten minutes then came in asking “where is my husband?” Turns out he too was an employee who was moseying around at the dispensary across the street. First I tried the drive thru, but they didn’t answer. So I went in, then left because they were taking so unbelievably long, and they forgot what you asked for 5 seconds after you said it. Plus they had their pitbull dog sitting in there. I thought I was on a prank show.

I have visited this subway a few times in the last few months because it is one of the only “healthier “ options near my work that is quick. The first few times after they reopened was great. Friendly , efficient and good. After that it went downhill quick. Leadership gone, lazy employees not willing to help customers because they are too busy talking or eating. No sense of urgency when people walk in to order. They will leave you standing there with no acknowledgement whatsoever. I watched a man last week wait 5 minutes to check out while three employees stood around doing nothing. The other employee was sloppily making my sandwich. They had nothing stocked for veggies , toaster oven broken and it was lunch hour. Another employee walks out from the back talking loudly on her phone and saying inappropriate things, meanwhile the employee who is supposed to be helping the guy who is still waiting to check out takes off her apron and tells another one she is going to pickup her sandwich later. This type of service happens all the time there. It doesn’t matter how many customers, if it’s one or ten your service will be terrible and unprofessional. Too bad, it had potential to be one of the better Subways out there.

That actually may have been the worst food I’ve ever had from a Subway. It’s like everything on my order was reversed, anything I said light, it was smothered, anything I said heavy, either barely any or none at all. All my veggies were piled in the center and not spread out. I ordered a STEAK AND CHEESE MELT and it came with NO cheese! The sandwiches were cold and weren’t even cut in half! The only reason it’s 2 stars and not 1 is because they refunded my money. Absolutely will never come back here again!

Dylan and Madison are amazing! They were very helpful and genuinely kind. I am an Uber Eats driver and I deal with A LOT of restaurant personnel, and they left a very positive lasting impression on me. Plus, the restaurant was clean and food was delicious. They made my day!

I made an online order and they screwed it up royally. I ordered a Veggie Delight and asked for light jalapenos and light pickles and I got heavy jalapenos and heavy pickles. In fact it was mostly jalapenos and pickles. I asked for extra spinach and tomatoes and I got very little of those. I paid extra for guacamole and didn’t get any at all. I paid almost $8 for a veggie delight with guacamole and got a pickle and jalapeno sandwich with no guacamole. I don’t see any reason to ever go back again. Do you?
