10/19/21. You don’t close until 10pm it’s currently 8:45pm and your staff tells me you are out of bread. But you remain open with lights on as if you have what customers are coming to purchase. How can you run a business when your staff doesn’t even bother to make sure bread is prepped and made for the customers who keeps this franchise open.. as soon as I walk in the little girls behind the counter immediately yells out “we’re out of bread” no apology for the inconvenience or anything, no sign on the door upon entrance NOTHING. They could care less and will continue to sit behind the counter on their phones. Horrible experience and I will never be back.. Manager and owner of this franchise should be ashamed no wonder your store has all these negative reviews now and you would think after the pandemic you would do everything to keep your customers happy to remain open but you clearly don’t care

Drove up and door was locked with no one in sight in the store. Knocked and no one came out but open sign and light were on. Sat out in my car for 30minutes. The young lady came out about 8:10 from the back and said they were closed. She closed way early and was in her back offices for more than 30 minutes. My wife also stated that this was her experience 2 weeks before.

Came in during my lunch break to grab a sandwich. As soon as I pulled in I see there’s already an employee taking a cigarette break in front of the business right next to the door so people stink as they walk in/out. I go in and it’s empty, see 3 employees sitting down not doing anything. Two of them are having a conversation and she tells me she’ll be with me shortly as the others didn’t acknowledge me. Stood there about a minute while she continued to eat and laugh with the other employee. I walked out told them it’s fine didn’t want to ruin their lunch. She laughed and didn’t care. Drove the other location that’s down the street and you can tell the big difference! Please stop hiring lazy people that barely want to work. I recommend going to Subway on Cockrell Hill & 20, never have an issue there.

-0 It’s thr heavy set young girl that works there! She is VERY rude, stank attitude and act like she don’t want to work! I got a sandwich made she put watered down spinach and old tomatoes on my sandwich. I didn’t even eat the sandwich I brought it back the next morning and spoke to the manager! I got a refund and another sandwich. Why do she even still work there with all these horrible reviews?! She will be ghetto reason this subway lose money an go out out of business. She so rude odoms bbq wouldn’t even hire her and they terrible!

Oh I would give it a 0. Never pick up phone. I ordered through app. Time to pick up 1:15. It was now 1:45 and all 3 employees were taking care of the line. Ok acknowledge your online order line. Order was not ready so I tried to get someone’s attention no luck. Finally at 1:50 the cashier was like you can get in line!! Wait I ordered online 45 minutes ago!! I asked for refund but the young guy said he wasn’t authorized only his manager and he wasn’t there to go back today. Well no manager I can’t keep driving up there, they don’t pick up phone and they charged for an order they didn’t fulfill. First in first out on orders as they come in . Don’t ignore them and only attend the face to face ones

Absolutely love this subway. I go there weekly as I work across the street and the service is always great. The workers are very nice, helpful and efficient. They can get really busy at times but in my experience the wait is never really long. Probably the best Subway staff and location I’ve ever experienced.

Just NO. It’s a whole lot of phone touching, texting mid-sandwich-making, carrying on of a whole phone conversation while your food is being prepared. Hair slinging and touching. Answering cell phone calls without changing gloves. Why do I know her boyfriend is calling collect from jail and she has to take the call while she is preparing my sandwich? Why did I have to wait for her to finish up a call with her friend before I was even greeted? WHY am I listening to her complain about previous customers calling her unprofessional? I couldn’t do anything but laugh. I’m sure management will not find this funny tho. Oh and she was talking over my food with with no mask. And apparently can’t see, so holding the cheese 4 inches from her face while talking nonstop… I wish I could have recorded this with my phone. Completely unbelievable. Yep, I put in a complaint. Unprofessional is sometimes expected in this area, but cleanliness is a deal breaker for me!! Especially when my food could be contaminated. I am not trying to be mean, but apparently she doesn’t even know any better…and is clueless. But both of my last visits were identical, and I had to ask her to change gloves. Please offer more supervision and training for the staff. And I will definitely not be returning to this location.
