Shut the place down!! I’ve given them chance after chance and I really wanted to like them but they just don’t care about food presentation or customer service. My protein bowl was given to me wrapped in plastic wrap because they didn’t have any lids and then my meat was whole instead of chopped up. The person that’s over this particular restaurant need to retrain all employees. Every week that I go here it’s always something.

The single worst subway I have ever been to. With a 105° weather, a very hot car, and a very tired 7 year old granddaughter it was the worst experience of my life as far as fast food. If I could give it a -5 that’s exactly what I would do. The person at the order window paid zero attention to us, so I couldn’t tell you how the food is. After waiting a long time and getting little if no attention, we drove off. We even tried to go to the window but couldn’t find a single employee in the store. We left and went to another Subway. They’re rating isn’t much better, but better than I would give this one. If I own Subway, I would shut the doors to this one. They are doing you no favor in their job at your store. Minus five is exactly what I would give. Never ever again!

I ordered online. I got home. Checked my order. It was completely wrong. I’ll feel like I got totally screwed. I paid a lot of money and I didn’t get anything right pretty sure I won’t return and I will tell my friends about it. Thank you very much for nothing.

It’s 3:25 Dec 17th Saturday afternoon. Whoever is working this shift ran up to the door and locked it as I was walking up. Seems suspicious you have employees locking themselves in your store during operation hours. Get better help. Multiple customers driving away.

Horrible, I went inside to place my order. There were two patrons sitting in a booth eating. To my right I noticed at worker sitting at a table with her mobile phone and some paper work. She didn’t speak as I looked for another employee to possibly come and assist me. Less than a minute later I walked ♀️ toward the and left. The only worker I saw still didn’t say a word . So I am planning never to go there again if nothing happens. I went to another location and received a hello and placed my order with a more positive vibe experience ✨️

Worst restaurant in the world, went in at around 8 pm and an employee offered to sell me marijuana and then insisted on telling me my online order was cancelled which was false. I’ve reported this incident to the better business bureau as well as Human Resources!

Very nice lobby, its always been very clean when I go. It’s a new store that apparently has had bad management but the young staff are always so respectful. Love that there is a drive thru. Takes a little while but an employee explained each sandwich has to be made as we tell them. Pretty cool I can get subway from my car.
