I will definitely be calling the corporate office on this location. So I came in a few nights back, and they were already closed though it says online that they close at 8 PM, and it was a little after 7:30 PM. The young lady at the front tells me that they close at 7:30. I said OK, that’s not what your Google page says. And she says that it’s up to subway corporate to correct it. I know that’s not true because Google calls my company to update our office hours every year. Regardless, came in again tonight, before 730 and I tell the young lady that I have a coupon for buy one get one free. She tells me that items 1 through 12 on the menu are not included. I stated to her that’s not what the coupon says. She tells me that it’s just this one particular store. I said OK well I’ll take a turkey club and a spicy Italian. As she starts making the sandwiches, I continue to ask her about the fact that all the sandwiches that she excluded are not what the coupon says. She then states that if I had ordered online I could have gotten what I wanted, but she can’t sell them in the store. I asked her how come she did not tell me that in the first place, because I could have purchased my sandwiches online and had them prepared still. She gets upset and stops making my sandwiches altogether. Taking the meat off and putting it back into the tray where it came from, and putting the breas back as well. So she refuses to serve me, though I haven’t done or said anything wrong. I even managed to keep my composure and not say a single curse word. Needless to say I will be calling to ask for the manager, and if that does not get resolved I will definitely be calling the corporate office. I also made sure to let the gentleman know who is working the cash register of the gas station that this subway is going to cause his gas station to lose business.

I wouldn’t give it not even a star but have no choice but to give them one. I walked in 15 min before 8pm and two Hispanic ladies said they were closed. I asked , “What time do you guys close?”.. She said, “7:30pm” . I did not want to argue and I left.. Ummm, you guys do not close at 7:30pm. Google maps and website says y’all close at 8pm!!! I have Managed a Subway before for more than 4 years and to my knowledge, we would be open until the last minute of business hours and then we clean and count money. You’re not supposed to do it 30 or 40 min before closing On top of that very rude. This location should hire better staff. Will not be coming back at all!

Worst service ever, there is a Latina lady there as cashier inside shells gas station who has the worst attitude ever worst customer service ever. Just be cause she doesn’t like a family member of mine she decided to turn us away from getting gas. Hmmmm hater

I walked up to order. Both girls (employees) were just sitting talking to the Gateway employees, doing nothing they stood up and said that they were closed and I asked and they reaffirmed that they closed and walked away from.me. it was 827 pm so I know that is not a closing time. They still had all the food open. Bad service.

This is the worst subway ever they were they had a special and it was you get a subway sandwich with the drink with the fountain drink and you get another Subway sandwich free so when we got there I ordered my first subway sandwich and my mama and my sister order there Subway sandwich too and we got to the front and more people started coming and and we got to the front of cash register and we said well man we we eat need another sandwich just like that one that has made all the ladies were making sandwiches and the lady was rushing us and we like them without you we need the special I have a special proposed to get sandwiches with a fountain drink but the order of one sandwich with the fountain drink and get one sandwich free who tells you that she’s like well what do you need and we were like we need another sandwich, each one of us needs another sandwich just like the one that we just ordered then we told her we are we didn’t just order the three we had ordered 4 so we need the sandwiches we ordered like the ones we had that you just remember can you tell me and we told Herb and we were still paying for the first sandwiches and the lady was like well Mom the lady that cash register lady said well Mom you need to hurry up and move or something to that extent and my mom was like what and she like me to hurry up and move because I have other customers and we’re still waiting on other sandwiches so when then she gave us the sandwiches and we went right to the left of the cash register and sit at the table and I had our dreams I had a cup and we were looking for a Wich sandwiches which but cuz we had ordered sandwiches that we had ordered the other half when were given to other people and I was looking and my mother was like something isn’t right I was like if something isn’t right now I still have both receipts from both transactions that the lady said that we had to do and I went back up to the cash register and the lady that made my sandwich was standing there not the lady that checked us out so I told that lady i am missing a sandwich and she said let me see your receipt I said okay here you go or two receipts these are the receipts that we have and I told the lady I said mam I am missing my veggie fountain and left she was so disrespectful and rude and I will never eat there again while she is working there
