There was no one in the store when I entered , I asked for a salad. I noticed there were only a couple of tomatoes left so I asked her if she had any fresh tomatoes. So she did get the fresh tomatoes. she went into the freezer with the gloves on that she was preparing my food with so when she came back, she began to prepare my food without changing her gloves again after touching a contaminated surface she got upset because I asked her to change her gloves , but she changed them. She began preparing my salad by putting the lettuce into the container. I noticed a couple of brown pieces. I asked her if she could remove those at that point she got upset she said that I was doing too much that I was giving her anxiety and I needed to leave her store. She stated that she is the manager and reserves the right to decline my services. And I only wanted my food correct and clean, but I was asked to leave. I also recorded most of this. I wish I could post the video. I remained calm, she became irate and irritated. I waited for her boss that she said was otw, but I was greeted by her boyfriend. He asked me if I had a problem with his girlfriend?!!!? I spoke to him about the situation (I didn’t have to) and after listening he appeared to understand. However her calling him, this situation could have gone so wrong for him and possibly me n it all would have been her fault. She played the victim and knew she was in the wrong the entire time. Btw her boss did show up who I spoke with also. She was professional, listened to my story, apologized for the situation and sent me on my way. Still no salad tho

Extremely poor customer service. I gave this establishment several chances and they continue to disappoint. The first occurrence the young lady who prepared my sandwich not only coughed around my food while preparing it, but insisted that I did not need to have my sandwich toasted because the meatballs were already hot. Now the food preparer gives their personal advice on how your food should be made. She failed to change her plastic gloves after touching the register and preparing the food. The second occurrence I placed a mobile order online 15 minutes prior to arriving and was asked to wait an additional 10 minutes. I asked for a refund and the cashier instructed me to request a refund through the app. I probably won’t even try any other subway at this point. Would not recommend! -10 stars

His cell phone was on the sandwich board while he was making a sandwich. He subconsciously touched it while fixing the customers sandwich. Then got an attitude with me when I mentioned it. Clearly I’m not on my phone. Smh. I looked around and the store was filthy. I left. Sorry I can’t spend money at this situation.

The young lady was courteous, acknowledged me when I came in, friendly, and when another patron came in BOOM! She didn’t get in a hurry. She made my sandwich PERFECT and assisted the gentleman behind me with the same attitude. Great Customer service and perfect Tuna/Bacon for my inner fat chic!

I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to leave two teenagers there to run the show especially two rude teenagers. This usually is my favorite place to go but today, first of all they did not have the knowledge to answer my questions either one of them. And they apparently don’t have a daily special like other subways do like the Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday etc. 599 special. They didn’t even know what I was talking about. This kid was not listening to me there was a girl and a boy. He asked me what kind of bread I wanted I told him wheat by the time he put out the wrapper on the table he forgot the bread that I told him . I thought he asked me what kind of cheese that I want I said “I’ll take provolone,” he’s like no I asked you what kind of bread do you want? I said I already told you wheat, he said oh I didn’t hear you. He’s slams the door once he grabs my bread out of the cabinet. And then starts sloppily and quickly putting my turkey on the bread as if I offended him so much to where he’s just not going to care about how he makes my sandwich. And he had a angry look on his face. I seriously suggest if you are going to hire teens you hire a babysitter to. Until those kids are gone I am not coming back to this one. I told him to cancel my sandwich and I left .

Food was pretty good. No fresh brewed iced tea to drink. Fountain drink machine sink was plugged up and overflowing. No ice in ice machine. No napkins being handed out. We had to get paper towels out of the bathroom to use as napkins with our meal. Bathrooms not the cleanest I’ve ever seen.
