We placed.our order on-line and it processed. We were parked outside the restaurant and my husband decided to go inside. Well at first Manny told him they were closed. Then my husband let him know we had placed an order online. At that point they let him in. Like 2 minutes later my sons phone rang and it was Subway. Whoever called him told him they were closed and he needed to cancel his order. My son told him his dad was already inside waiting for the order. At this point they hung up on him. Then Manny proceeded to tell my husband that they were canceling rhe order because it was passed 8 and they were not getting paid. Super rude and super unprofessional! I am very disappointed because of all the places we could have chosen, we picked Subway and were treated so rudely!!

I ordered on the app. They gave me the wrong sandwiches, no receipt and no napkins. I get home and see this, call the store. The girl that answered didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. I give her the name it was ordered under and she claims they never received that order. Then why am I looking at it on my phone and my credit card is charged? Then she hangs up on me. I call back, and no answer. Very rude and unprofessional. Do not use this location!

1 of the tidiest sandwich counters that I’ve seen; even the sliced cucumbers were aesthetically arranged in their metal trays. The “sandwich artist” was efficient but thorough, making sure the tuna spread covered all my bread. The addition of new topping and sauces (pesto sauce, garlic, balsamic vinaigrette) adds a new dimension to the same ol’ choices.

Picked up some subs here with my daughter one Saturday. The restaurant was pretty clean, food seemed fresh, but it took forever in line. I do like that this restaurant participates in the promotional/coupon offers that I receive so that was great. I just wished the subs were a bit better put together. Otherwise, good location and love the other drink options; they have some seemingly healthier fruity drink options instead of just the sugary sodas and sweet tea.

There are a couple other locations by this one. I would recommend going to those instead. They are always running out of things. I made an order online for a quick pickup. I wasn’t informed that they didn’t have what I ordered until I showed up to pick up! A call would have been nice. I would have went else where if I knew.

Just wanted to show my appreciation for the employees who opened on Wednesday 2-17-21. Everyone in Houston has been with/without power and water and in some cases no food. The employees are going through this as well and for them to show up to work and open means a lot to the community. Im sure they had there own issues at home. God bless you. Thank you. Please be humble and respectful to employees at any stores, restaurants, gas stations as they are as well going through the same stuff we are.

My goodness the prices went up ⤴️ drastically! They went up by at least a $1 or more per sandwich. Its ridiculous! I can go to a better quality restaurant and get the lunch specials for a better price than coming here and that’s probably what I’ll do. I’ll order something through @UberEats and have it delivered. Prices went up, but no change in service, added condiments, or even upgrades to the inside or outside of the establishment. Oh, and still understaffed as usual. It aggravates me that every single time that I go into this restaurant that the door dings and I have to wait at least 3 – 5 minutes for someone to appear from the back to help me. It is a waste of my lunch time and I DO NOT appreciate it. Please, have some courtesy for my time especially with the drastic increase of prices. Ugh! This is the third time I have been to this Subway, Everytime I have came here there have been issues with the food, customer service, or they are not properly prepared for the day. There vegetables are NOT fresh at all. They don’t listen to how you want your sandwich done, they do it how they think should be best. Then they have terrible attitude’s when you try to talk to them about your order. This needs some new people all around

Horrible customer service! They attempted to service a customer that arrived after me and when I politely pointed this out the cashier caught an extreme attitude. I asked his name and he refused to give it to me. He was a flamboyant Hispanic gentle with arched eyebrows. I use to frequent this location often but will not be returning. I contacted the corporate office but they seemed uninterested in my complaint! If possible visit another location.

Horrible, got home took a bite of sandwich chicken taste bad onions are old . Called and Kimberly had no idea what to do. Wanted me to call her manager on her cell phone. Whi gives out the managers cell phone. Horrible training of employees on custoner service. All 8 eanted was her to make good on a fresh sandwich i paid for.
