Its the Best Subway in the SW of Houston. The bread is always soft. The veggies are always pretty. They never put the tail end of the peppers on your sandwich. The cookies are always HOT… Like they must know when im coming or something. PLUS they’re open 24/7…!!!!

Over priced food for a low quality all around service, food quality, and bad attitude when asked “what do you want?” With a bad attitude . Since when does a foot long Spicy Italian start costing $18 for just a sandwhich. No thanks Subway ,never again will I go to any Subway. All it takes is one bad apple to spoil an entire tree.

I went to the subway to get the two for one. I wanted the tuna. The coupon had no rule on the sandwich. The owner manager had a handwritten sign up stating which sandwiches could be ordered. AL the owner & Mgr. had decided to violate what the coupon stated. I asked to make sure and I just walked out. This was a ridiculous move by AL.

The manager at this location has no experience in customer service, he was really rude and yelling at us because he messed up on how we wanted the sandwich. Seeing his awful attitude we decided to leave and not buy anything anymore he stated I can care less if yall leave I don’t care, we were upset and angry with that reaction. If you wanted to be treated bad and not get what you want then head over to this location if not there are other subways with better service than this place when the manager is around, especially if he is making your sandwich
