Tonight I went to Subway. There were two young men who were working. There was a lady in front of me who was very rude/ disrespectful to one of the young men. The other young man helped me and he was polite and friendly. As for someone who works in customer service and reading the reviews below… these employees were amazing: attentive, helpful, friendly even when someone was disrespectful towards them. I have gone here for years and have always had a pleasant experience. To the customers, treat the employees with respect and as a human. You’re going to have young kids working at a food joint like Subway. Unless you would rather go behind the counter and work minimum wage. These kids are learning and growing into young adults. If you have an issue, rely it to the manager and they will correct the employee – I would hire these young men any day and will continue to always order from this location.

Thank you so much for calling me to inform me that you guys were out of chicken. I had placed an online order, and the app said it was ready for pickup. Walked in the door and said I was here for pickup and the workers told me they’re out of chicken and that I had to choose something else. So I chose something cheaper and I didn’t even get a refund for the difference. The Subway on Nasa ALWAYS calls to let me know if they can’t fulfill my order. It’s common sense.

I would love to put a zero,but unfortunately it wouldn’t allow me to do so. I went in to place my order but I was told they didn’t have any steak for a Philly. The worker said that the steak was only for call in orders, when I saw her go to the freezer and get some for another customer. While I was talking to the worker she rubbed her nose with her gloves on. She got very upset after I told her she needed to change her gloves because she was touching customer food and that was very unsanitary. I will not be going here anymore.

We have ordered online over a two-week period of time eight sandwiches. The receipt prints out the exact ingredients with details. The sandwiches are the same order. Yet not once have they been made as ordered. No one ever picks up the phone or responds to emails. Missing ingredients are major like no cheese, completely different bread, and multiple ingredients missing. Still going on Oct.10

Place is horrible and need to be shut down or ran better. Ever time i stop in to get my family a meal. The veggies are old you can tell they just put them in the fridge and take them out. They are not fresh at all. At least look fresh if they aren’t its ridiculous. It is ran buy a bunch of kids no management. Just sad!Fire house is always fresh and taste better

I come in at least once a week and always have to wait 10 minutes for anyone to come out of the back to take my order. The young girls they have working there have no customer service skills. They try to talk trash about the customers amongst each other in Spanish ” thinking you won’t understand them “.. this establishment has become total trash since they hired all these new young kids! Management really need to clean house.

The place is absolutely disgusting and dirty, they have young girls working there who have NO customer service what’s so ever. They brought a bag of what looked like uncooked chicken out and filled up the container on top of the chicken that had been sitting out. All of that should be rotated and done in the back NOT in front of a paying customer. The sandwiches they made were very sloppy and unappetizing. When asked to speak with a manager they stated there was no manager and told me I could leave. Excuse me! I mean this is someone’s business and if it were mine I would not be happy with the way it was being presented and or ran. Please do better! I happily went to firehouse subs and spent my money!

I gave it 3 stars because the meatball sub was good, but the guy working the day we were there, obviously hates his job!!! He asked us what kind of cheese we wanted on our sub, & my husband asked for American cheese, I asked him if they had Mozzarella cheese, he said “yeah, what about it”? I said “that’s the cheese I want on my sub”!!! He was just rude. That is the location we normally go to for our subs, but we won’t go back again! If ya hate your job that much, find another one you do like, but don’t take it out on your customers!!! SMH!

They deserve 0 stars. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I understand youth(s) need to work but a mature manager is needed there at all times. I went into this establishment this evening. As I entered, the young lady did not greet us. Her exact words were “YEAH” I turned to make sure she wasn’t speaking to someone she knew. It was me! I asked about a chopped salad. She stated “We don’t chop salads” walked away. A young man walked up and I asked the question… “Can I have chicken teriyaki meat with my salad?” He said nothing! I asked him if he could here me. He had ear buds in his ear. He stated yeah and walked off. I literally was floored by the two young ladies laughing at his actions. Please find employers or go back to the hand book on customer service. This is absolutely HORRIBLE! I had to leave.

Zero customer service. Got two older ladies working that have to look up a chart on how to make the sandwiches. Asked for wheat bread got white. Ask for sandwiches to be toasted they stuck it in the oven for 10 seconds, not even crunchy. Avocado here looks brown and gross. Not sure why they are still in business.
