If I could go lower on the service I would have. My family stopped after a long day, but as soon as we walked into the door, Derek, one of the employees, was sitting at a table. He got very annoyed when we walked in. From that point on, he was completely rude. I asked for a 6″ on Italian, he pulled a loaf of bread and handed it to me. He was acting rude and scoffed at my daughter when she tried to tell him what she wanted. He did not ask what meat or cheese we wanted. He stood there staring, not asking questions. There was a second guy named Audie who was nice and extremely helpful. There was a guy behind us who had a sandwich made, and Derek went to walk away without asking if there was anything else. The guy behind us wanted a pizza, but when he saw Derek’s face, he told them never mind on the pizza. The way we were treated tonight, maybe the last time we eat at this location. I would rather drive to College Station, out of the way, to go to Subway then go here. As long as Derek is there, I will not stop. If I spend my hard earned money, I should be treated like a person and not dismissed as if I am bothering you by walking in the door.

Must have been a new person serving our order cause I had to tell them twice, a 33 which comes with steak, peppers etc. It’s new on the menue , As it was being prepared my husband said what did you order, I said #33 and he asked me what kinda meat comes on it and I said steak why, he said well you better look at your food… I looked and low and behold she was loading my 12in sub with a lot of chicken .. smh ♀️ I reminded her of what I asked for and she had to throw away that whole 12in and start over. Don’t get me wrong I love subway but they need to familiarize themselves with the menu so they can give better service.

This location is the worst. Whenever something happens they always lose the order or don’t make it and send it to deliver, the app messes up a lot as well. Gave them a few chances because the only one close to us, but they never do well. Honestly there is a lot of teenagers working there and whenever you need a manager (not for being a crazy but for honestly needing help because they say they don’t know how to do anything) they always say there’s never a manager and always put the problem on someone else. 2 refunds I still haven’t seen and I’m sure I never will. The higher ups from subways support have been helpful but I would not recommend this location at all.

If could go lower, I would. Literally just walked out after being treated like a ghost here. There is one young man here trying to do a good job, so I’ll give him credit. The other young man had Juan on his name tag and I really hope the owner of this establishment goes back and looks at the video for 7-28 around 5:40 pm to see how we were treated. The one sandwich that he “made” had barely enough meat on it for a 6″ sandwich and then after that, he walked to the back. The previously mentioned young man went onto the next guest, as I would expect, since we were being waited on. We stepped back to let the other customer get his sandwich. Juan never stepped foot back up to the counter, just for accuracy. The young man got done making the sandwich for the customer we stepped aside for and stated he needed to step to the facilities, to which Juan just stayed in the back. The young man working offered to make our food in just a minute, but I was done with trying to spend my money here. At this point, we walked out. So, to the owners, I was wearing a short sleeves red shirt and a black ball cap. Please take the time to review how your potential customers are treated by your employees. To potential customers, spend your money elsewhere and save the aggrevation if this is the best this establishment had to offer. I give credit to the young man whose name I didn’t pay attention to get, so I hope he is given some level of recognition for his service here. Thank you for your time.

Every time I order on the app and my subs gets delivered the bread used has been sitting there all day, last 2 times I ordered on the app I asked for fresh bread but I still get bread that’s been sitting all day, it’s old and breaks up too easily and makes a mess, I’m sick and tired of it
