Went to pick up some footlongs for dinner, and there was three other people ahead of us when we arrived. Wait was not too long of a wait, the gentleman there was very nice and attentive-Doug. He apologized for the wait since it was only him and a girl who was training. Ordered two spicy Italians and a tuna. Our food was all good but I was bummed a bit to find out they had ran out of banana peppers. We did also purchase cookies that were also good! We didn’t eat there but it was all clean.

They were already fixing a customer’s order. The manager already wasn’t happy with the two workers, I could see she doing her best but they were not listening. The two working need training, looked like they haven’t worked a day in their lives.The girl had an attitude and was very to rude to the manager, my father, and I. I was not given double the meat in my protein bowl. The guy had no idea what he was doing, the manager had to constantly correct him. He put the meat at the bottom of the bowl. I had to ask for my cheese because the girl didn’t add any after I said multiple times. Then he added more sauce I didn’t ask for. My food was drenched in sauce. We would have walked out the moment the girl gave us attitude and rolled her eyes. But we needed to get to work. 12:23p

I got a chicken bacon wrap, normally it’s nice and actually has meat in there, today I got the same thing wrap there was 8 pieces of chicken and two small bacon slices. It was all lettuce and cheese.

I on-line ordered 2 Foot Long BMT’s asking to please put the vinger and oil for both sandwiches on the side not on the sandwiches. SubWay is what my wife at stage 4 lung and brain cancer craved yesterday. I try to get my wife whatever she wants to make her happy. The lady at the window assured me the vinger and oil were in the bag when I asked her about them. When we got ready to eat our sandwiches there wasn’t a drop of vinger or oil in the bag. Why would she lie straight to my face. Straight to my face! To the lady who lied, try to be nicer in life. You never know how a simple sandwich would have made someone happy.

I am only rating ONE employee whose name is MEGAN , girl with curly brown hair. Went by the drive thru and as soon as I saw her I knew she would be giving me an attitude. She needs to either be trained on customer service or get herself another job. Management needs to step up and do something about her before they lose more customers. That was THE WORST. Ordered online, they’re out of meatballs, but they didn’t call to let us know. We arrived and we’re told they’re out of meatballs and provolone. We already had paid online. This was 7:00pm on 3/7. They close at 10, why are they out of so much?

We went to Subway a little less than an hour ago and it was quite busy. The female employee with curly, brown, frizzy hair was working and I told her I wanted 3 sandwiches and told her what kind. For the roasted garlic she said they didn’t have the Garcia aoli. Well that changed things, so I asked for tuna. I then realized the bread I had gotten was Italian herbs and tuna just wasn’t going to work on this. I then told her I wanted to change to wheat bread and she yelled at me for wasting food and proceeded to tell me how I’m wasting money and that I needed to try to tell them before. I know companies allow for waste, and honestly I just thought she would scrap the tuna off and put it on the wheat bread. It wasn’t a big deal, but she threw my sandwich around and kept mumbling under her breath. Worst customer service. I hope that $6 sandwich came out of her paycheck.

I will start by saying: giving this place even ONE star is being gracious. I have never experienced such awful customer service. I went on Friday and dealt with the rudest girl imaginable. First off, she hardly acknowledged me while I was ordering. She spent the majority of her time yacking away with an older lady working there and when she would return her attention to me, it was as if I happened to be the biggest inconvenience ever. When it was time to add veggies to my sandwich, I had asked for avocado after she put lettuce on my sandwich, which made this girl throw an absolute tantrum! She literally threw her arms up and said, “You are supposed to tell me this BEFORE I put on lettuce!!” Then she proceeded to smash this avocado spread into my sandwich so aggressively, she practically mutilated that half of the sandwich, sending lettuce flying everywhere! Then she held up the knife at me and said, “NOW I have to go wash this because there is lettuce and mayo all over it.” I was stunned. Not only did I witness this girl’s meltdown over this as she was huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes, then she admitted she wasn’t washing utensils between sandwiches. That is gross! Common sense evidently isn’t her strong suit because she could have VERY easily put the avocado on the other half of the sandwich that didn’t have the lettuce. She continually rolled her eyes and once she was done, she THREW my sandwich on the counter, and then immediately ran to the back talking about me to her coworker. If I wasn’t pressed for time because I had an appointment at the clinic next door, I would have walked away immediately and not paid for anything there. I understand someone can have a bad day, but this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with their atrocious service here; this just happened to be the worst of it. I will not be wasting my time or money here again. That girl needs to find herself a new job, or a therapist to deal with whatever she is going through.

10/6/22. If I could give a zero, I would. Horrible service no acknowledgement, out of items we ordered even after changing the order 3 times Didn’t have any sweet tea and no offer to make more and it was a weekday at 6 p.m. and no large lids, had to get medium instead Second time here and last time. Save yourself the trouble
