Such terrible service and bad staff. My sister-in-law and I ordered two sandwiches online and they gave us the exact same sandwich and to make it worth it wasn’t the sandwich that neither of us ordered online. My sister-in-law goes and picks up the order and she is told that is the wrong location yet the receipt has her name on it Which makes the staff wrong and the customer right. Then I call because the sandwich that they gave me instead of the one hour it was disgusting it was very lazy work. We both try to get in contact with a manager the employee that was currently there who answered the phone said that the manager wasn’t there this was horrible I was told that I was the one that ordered wrong and I ordered the same thing from subway all the time and I got nothing that I ordered. I paid $17 For two sandwiches that I did not even ask for. The staff was very lazy very rude and she was wrong. And I have to put at least one star because they won’t let me post the review but this is ZERO STARS. Worst experience worst customer service.

We placed an order for pick up. The sandwiches were supposed to be toasted. They were cold and very messy. Spoke to someone and explained that both sandwiches were cold. I guess the guy who made the sandwiches could here the conversation because I could here him in the background being rude. He got on the phone and tried to argue that the sandwiches were toasted. I was already back at work or I would’ve taken them back to him so he could see the mess of cold sandwiches they gave me. Very disappointed!

I ordered 5 sandwiches on the app and clearly stated in the instructions to toast them all. Not only were ALL the sandwiches ice cold but we paid for bacon on two of them and didn’t get any. The ones that came with bacon, the bacon wasn’t even warmed up. Blatant lack of caring. Couldn’t have been easier than to follow the instructions. Not one of the sandwiches were made right.

I was there on Sunday ordered a footlong Turkey which I had to tell her 3 times. I had my 2 grand daughters with me so a little distracted but when I opened the sandwich it was swimming in mustard so bad the paper was covered with mustard. I went back and asked her to remake it and was told excessive mustard was not a good reason to remake a sandwich. So I had no sandwich to eat because it was inedible and out almost 10.00 because she wouldn’t give me back my money either. When I asked about a corporate number or manager she told me she couldn’t give out that information.

Ordered 3 salads: Tuna, cold cut and Subway club. The description says every salad comes with fresh crisp lettuce and your choice of toppings and dressings. There is not an option to select lettuce in the toppings as it already states it is included. When my order was dropped off…there was only toppings! The worst was the tuna. Basically tuna flavored soup. When trying to call the location no one answers. Eventually the call just drops. As the location is inside a Walmart I called them to find out how to get in touch with the people working at Subway and unfortunately it is treated as it’s own business. They are unable to transfer, provide a number or even walk over to see if someone is available. I want my money back.

Horrible experience. We ate anyway because we were too hungry and had limited time. Took almost 17 min just to order. 2 dudes behind countee seemed like it was both od thems first day. Ordered bacon chicken ranch sandwich….has turkey all in it. Aakes them to cut my sandwich in half and they cut it theough the paper after it was wrapped. Had to ask and wait for ice in the machine. Floors were sticky.

The worst customer service experience ever. First she tells me there is no bread so they can’t make my sandwich after I have placed my order online. The website doesn’t even say out of bread WTH. Then she has the nerve to tell me to go to the other Subway down the street to get my sandwich myself. Thats some BS this subway sucks!!!

Took my granddaughter to eat lunch at this location yesterday & was already waiting in line for 10 minutes due to only one employee on duty- then, a woman came in behind us & the employee called another person out from the back & she served the woman that came in after us!! At first, she just gave her cookies, so I was being patient, but then when she started making her a sandwich & the woman got in front of me, that was it!! I walked out!! I will never go to this location again!!
