I’m very disappointed in the customer service industry anymore I gave all the ratings a two probably should’ve been at one I was being kind of nice. I went in and ordered a few sandwiches on one of the sandwiches I wanted avocado I seen that they didn’t have very much in that bucket, but I just assumed that they had extra in the back so I asked for some avocado to be put on my sandwich. The kid said that’s extra I said no problem I still want it. Normally they put a full scoop of avocado on your sandwich. This wasn’t even a half of a scoop, barely any. He barely had enough to spread across the 6 inch sandwich and I thought you’re gonna charge me extra for that little bit and I have an asked him so you’re going to charge me really for that little bit he said yes ma’am it’s extra I said I understand it’s extra and I don’t mind paying for extra but is that all you’re gonna put on that sandwich? He said well that’s all we have , I said I wish you would’ve told me because I would’ve said I’m good don’t put it on there. I didn’t want to pay the $.85 for a little dab of avocado. I am totally understand paying for extra stuff.

Food was good. There is no complaint about my food. The 2 stars was for service by the staff and it was simply not good at all. That was so surprising for Subway. Normally service is really great. It started after coming in the door. There was a large sign on the door stating they were only accepting debit cards. No problem! As we came in they yelled READ THE SIGN. I am guessing several tried to order without reading the sign so I understand the frustration. After stating that I had, one of the guys said “well, it didn’t look like you did.” That kind of caught me off guard. There were 2 other customers that came in after me (the entire time I was there eating my meal) and they yelled out to them also. When those 2 acknowledged reading the sign, the 2 staff members working were snarky to them too. There was 4 customers in front of me. Cookies sat out at the line uncovered on cookie sheets from the time I walked in through the door until the time I left. You can see the cookies on the line in my pic. I was there approximately 35 minutes. Anyone could have touched them and I dont know how long they were out. When I was checking out, I asked if the fruit drinks would be restocked because they were empty. I was told “I don’t know. Maybe if I ever go to the back.” (Lol spoiler…he never went to the back) I asked for a receipt (so that I could contact corporate). He pulled the receipt out, crumpled it up and opened the machine and said it was broke. The fruit drinks were never restocked while I was there. Between my order and the 2 that came after me, the 2 guys leaned against the counter and visited. I rarely leave poor reviews but this was just not a typical Subway visit for me.

Apparently I gave this place a 5 star review 9 months ago because of the great service I received. Boy has this place gone down hill.. Service is lackluster to say the least. Sandwiches are put together very haphazardly, meaning you could end up with all of a topping at one end of your sandwich like all the onions are going to be in one spot at the end of it. The dining area is DISGUSTING. Every time I come here every single table and chair is filthy. Today we had issues with the ice getting stuck and not coming out of the chute. A worker passed by and said “oh no is it stuck again? Here let me stick my fingers up there and knock it loose”. My wife and I both protested this saying don’t stick your fingers in there. We told her that’s not food-safe and I even said that is gross please don’t do that. She insisted, pushed past me, and proceeded to finger blast the ice out of the dispenser. We asked someone to please sanitize the machine so she wiped it down with a dry paper towel. We did not get any ice after that. This place is obviously mismanaged and will likely get lots of people sick. They do not follow even the most basic food safety standards. Do better!

Subway has always been good, and decently priced for a “ok healthy” meal. This last visit….for just two people, was over $30..for a 6″ and a foot long. I understand inflation, but wow!! For that price, we will eat at home.

Every time I go to this subway, we get horrible service. The workers are slow and they don’t know what they are doing. Tonight, they completely skipped my husband and when we said he needed a sandwich, they got annoyed. Management needs to fix their problems here and find good help.

Ordered. Good service. All tables needed cleaning. Door and windows hadn’t been cleaned & it showed. The floor hadn’t been swept & it showed. Preparing trays of bread on counter beside customer. Wish I had gone somewhere else to eat.

It just bad lol. Staff is awesome during lunch, just terrible in the evening. If you order from the app, make sure to call and ask if they have bread or else you won’t get notified through the app and there goes your money. I have yet to receive my money back after contacting subway.
