No meatballs!! No respect! No more business from me. This subway had no white bread, no meatballs and were also missing key ingredients to make a simple sandwich. The employees were short and rude. I waited at the counter for at least 10 mins just for them to put beef and cheese and bread. I felt ignored and flat out disrespected. After I was finally fortunate enough to receive my meal, a happy couple came strolling in after me. They waited at the counter for 10 minutes while the employees were just sitting in the back yapping. The family was forced to make the decision to just leave instead of waiting pointlessly to get mid food with no ingredients. Sincerely disappointed.

I watched a car stop in front, not in a patking spot, while a young lady ran inside. I assumed she was picking up an online order, but when I entered there was only loud music playing and about a minute later the sam lady came from the back & I could hear her tell the employee on duty that there was a customer. The employee slowly emerged on her cell phone and proceeded with her phone conversation, which seemed like a personal call, as she asked what I wanted. I had to repeat each step of the order, as she really wasn’t paying attention to me, and thought about just walking out at this point. Sadly, I hadn’t eaten all day, so I summoned my patience and ignored her rude behavior and lack of concern. When it came time to pay, I provided a coupon, and it took what seemed like five minutes for her to figure out how to apply it. When she finally figured it out and I paid, she mumbled something about me leaving & I had to ask for a copy of my receipt.

Order online from the subway. Got a call saying that there was no more meatballs at 6pm and that they couldn’t make my sandwich. Which is okay but what was not okay was that the lady that called from that location didn’t no or care to do a refund for the sub I paid for. She basically said call door dash and get a refund, I’d tried to explain to her it was from the subway app. But she didn’t know or care to explain what I needed to do to get my money back from the purchase. Poor customer service, if you can’t make a sub. That was order and paid for, you need to learn how to give back the money from that service paid for. Now I have to waste gas money and time for a simple refund on a sub. Thx Subway for awesome customer service!!

They were out of multiple ingredients, which is understandable because I did order later in the evening. However, they still made my sandwiches different than I ordered. My mother tasted fish in her chicken (idk) and they forgot to put avocado on her sandwich. The bacon is super thin and stringy.

I’m hoping this will help a consumer because it’s clear from the lack of response by the subway group that they don’t care.

I, like most everyone who goes to a Subway, like their food. However, the owner does not stock anything in any of his stores (all of them in the entire Lubbock area) that evidently he doesn’t like. No salt and vinegar chips and no sourdough buns. It’s strange considering all the people these days who are gluten intollerant, apparently only have ONE place in town to go for bread that is safe to eat, Schlotsky’s, as virtually all their bread is sourdough. A sign on the Subway glass that covers the food, says sourdough is available at participating locations. Move along; none in the Lubbock area including Post.

Employees were disagreeable along side this, the food was unsatisfactory. The store lacked multiple key ingredients that every sandwich store should.

Ordered some hot sandwiches here, seems like the person making it didn’t read the instructions or something and gave me sandwiches that are meant to be toasted/warmed served completely cold. It was a pickup order, when I walked in there was nobody in sight. I waited for a few minutes to see if someone could come out so I could raise my complaint and hope to see if they could warm up the sand which and no one popped out. Im pretty upset because I tipped, hoping they could do me the courtesy of fixing the issue but no one ever came out. This isn’t the first time this happens, this Subway is clearly poorly managed. Try your luck at another location, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been let down here.

They seem to be out of products everytime I’ve gone in the last 2 weeks 1 night we went they had no meat other than chicken and steak and very few bread options we had to say HELLO to let the make and female know we were there because they were in the back behind the prep wall. I honestly think they were just trying to clean up early to leave right away. I think the girl was Isabella. Then I went on Monday 10/10 and they were out of all bread except white and wheat it took a long time in line I think the male was new but again Isabella was there she told me there was a shortage of products and that’s why they didn’t have the ingredients for the subs on 10/10. The menu is near completely different than it use to be and prices have increased about 2+ dollars per sub.
