I have been going to this location for a very long time and have given them a ton of business, but after what I experienced today, I will be taking my business to a different location. I walked in to purchase two subs. I needed to use the restroom first. There was a tall young man with dark curly hair and dark skin who told me I needed to purchase something first. I showed him a wad of cash in my hand to prove that I was going to buy something, and he told me that is their policy. He embarrassed me in front of other customers, so I walked out. His demeanor and behavior was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. If that is the way their employees are going to treat customers, I highly recommend to the public to find a different Subway location to go to.

First, I asked the black kid for Italian Herbs bread, so of course he grabbed the flatbread instead. Then I gave him a coupon for a free footlong with the purchase of a footlong and drink (coupon code: BOGODRINK). The coupon wouldn’t scan, so the kid said the coupon was expired. I had to read it to him until he figured out that it didn’t expire for another month (see attached image). Then he said that if the coupon won’t scan, he can’t give me the discount. I asked him to please honor the coupon and manually give me one of the footlongs for free. But that was like talking to a can of paint. He either didn’t understand or his brain fell asleep, but he refused either way. The concept of customer service waved bye-bye to this kid a long time ago. When you hire illiterate dimwits, you will lose my business.

This location is horrible. The employees are polite. The older manager lady is rude and it’s obvious this place is not managed well. The last 4 time there has been no iced tea. The machine is never on or in use. They are always out of stuff.

The lady behind the counter was new and very nice which is why they get 2 stars at all, but the older lady who was at the cash register (we see her in there all the time, maybe she’s the manager?) told us our coupon wasn’t valid, although the expiration is clearly not till the end of this month, it was used in the right location, and we avoided all the sandwiches listed as excluded on the coupon. She was trying to say the Supreme Meats sandwich was excluded when it clearly only listed other sandwiches as excluded (the Monster, the MexiCali, and the TurkeyCali Club). Then she tried saying that all the “new” sandwiches should be considered excluded. Excuse me? If that was the case they’d all be listed as excluded on the coupon then! She acted like the machine wouldn’t take the coupon when it clearly rang up fine. Every time we go in she finds some reason to try to get out of honoring the coupons that are mailed out every month or so. Very disappointed in this Subway location.

They haven’t had Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread for several weeks as of this review and that’s literally the only bread worth anyone’s time so that really sucks but it’s always clean and quiet, and I’ve had a good time ordering my food with no complications. 5 stars if they bring back the Herbs and Cheese bread.

Horrible customer service tonight. Was very disappointed and this was my favorite subway. Went in to feed myself and my children after swimming, was told there was a 10 minute was after the 2 employees finished with a customer ahead of us. The female was not only rude about it but still did not help us. Ron the male took our order and prepared our sandwhiches. I decided not to eat. Disgusted by the way we were treated. I will never eat there again. Honestly the one star isnt deserved.

I love subway sandwiches. The menu has changed a bit. I don’t know if it was just this day but the sandwiches seem thiner. It was a lot for 2 6inch meals, pd $22. This location was pretty clean.

Terrible customer service, almost every employee at this location has some serious attitude. Normally this wouldn’t bother me but since they would not take a current up to date coupon, I felt the need to ask for the manager and they ignored me and stated that the manager was not there. Then I asked for their name and they just pointed to their cap telling me that I should read their name tag while proceeding to move away from me. I asked for their name again and got a mumbled whispered response and could barely hear what they said. I believe the name of this subway employee was Marcel or Marccel. Will not be coming back until major revisions to the staff are met.

They tried to sell me a bacon chicken ranch with no bacon because they ran out and still said they had to charge me full price there’s no discount because they’re out of bacon. Just throw the sandwich away otherwise I just laughed and they threw it away expect me to get 3/4 of a sandwich and pay full price no way especially after I just put up with them being rude the whole time
