Unfortunately never coming back. I love subway and this location being waking distance from my home, I can’t help but have given them four chances the past few times I have ordered- just for things to be wrong or made sloppily. Like I said, if this location wasn’t so close to home I wouldn’t have given so many chances. Sandwiches drenched in sauces to where bread is falling apart, issuing items from orders (drinks and chips), and incorrectly filled online orders (putting incorrect ingredients on sandwiches). It just never, never comes out right. And to top it off, this last time in just completely rubbed me the wrong way. Walked in to pick up my online order just to witness a head manager (maybe owner) talking down to his employee in regards to them using too many ingredients, low on inventory, etc. Not a good look to be talking to your employees that way right in front of customers. Take your money to another sandwich shop.

Wow, another spot proving why these people shouldn’t be paid 20 an hour. I go in the at noon for lunch. Had to wait 15 minutes to get a sandwich cause clearly these people were never trained correctly.

I ordered a Chicken and Bacon Sandwich for my husband and they sent me a Ham and Pepperoni sandwich. I called the store twice for the refund but each of their employees kept on lying. The 1st one said, to call @ 7 PM. When I called @ 7 PM, the 2nd one said the manager works from 8 AM to 4 PM.

My recent visits were all in July (4visits). The last 3 were rated, in this order 5 stars,1 star, 0 star. Ordered a Garlicky Chicken, Bacon, 6″..… The young lady that made my sub on 7/24/23 was exceptional, my sub was delicious, my next visit on 7/26/23, same sub ordered on 7/24 not good… Bread fell apart, due to crispness or stale, no guacamole added, due to out of avocados. Sub was skimpy on fillings and tasteless. Totally disappointed! The young lady was there but did not make the sub, some young man, that sadly was not trained well or lacks total common sense (stale bread). My LAST visit was 7/30/23, as I arrived I saw someone inside and the open sign on at about 1:45 pm, a crude piece of paper taped on the door said only ” on break ” and was locked during OPEN HOURS, knocked loudly on door and slapped loudly on the door, I left, as I was getting in my car I saw someone peek around the back divider or back wall. Don’t know if there was one or two employee’s don’t care. This was unacceptable behavior. SERIOUSLY???

Something so simple always becomes so complicated here. When I picked up my order, it was entirely different then what I ordered. Different bread, different chips, not toasted, no sauce. They can never, ever get my order right and quite frankly it’s frustrating. No more spending my money here. I’ve learned my lesson after ordering here multiple times

Still haven’t gotten my $25 online order refunded from them NOT calling due to being out of whatever. Woman working at 12:30 today hung up on me telling me she would not allow me to speak to her manager AND proceeded to hang up after yelling back at me because she wrongly accused me of having a delivery where “the driver calls, we don’t” and my online order says ready but it wasn’t made so I don’t have a cancellation option. The photo is the line she demanded we stand in again to place a different order on a 30 minute lunch.

Placed an order online for pickup. 20 minutes after placing the order we were rudely told that first they had to help all of the in-store customers and then do two online orders in front of us. When I asked if we could cancel the order, the older woman working raised her voice and said I’d have to do so through the app. The app wouldn’t open in the store or the parking lot so we could not cancel the order. The same woman told me off in front of a large line of customers because she felt I wasn’t patient enough when there were only two employees working. At no time did I say any more than we were not able to wait most of an hour for sandwhiches. I am very sure everyone could have gotten their orders more quickly if that employee wasn’t telling every single customer her story about traveling to Kansas on business having to do with her ex-husband. Go anyplace else.

Ordering online to this location is a bust. I don’t think they even read any orders that come in because they never know what order I’m referencing and haven’t begun to make it even up to 90 minutes after the order is placed and accepted. Then you still have to go through the ordering process typically with someone who seems absolutely affronted that you dared enter their workplace. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch online at this location. When the person working realized they hadn’t even begun the order they promptly made it, but they didn’t put any bacon OR ranch. Chicken on bread sandwich was horrid. This scenario has played out 6 separate times with different sandwich orders that have gone to this location. Enough is enough, we will not be back.

It’s so funny to me that people give 1 star reviews for running out of stuff. As unfortunate as that is, it is a great sign this eststablishment is high demand. The staff is friendly and the sandwich is great. Get over yourselves and be appreciative.

They are never open at 9AM when the hours say, wish they would just push back their opening time if they cannot reliably be open. Subs are good when I can get them. There are other locations close by that are reliable.
