Not even worthy of one star. Just joking we asked for a cheeseburger. Guy told us there are plenty of other places to get a burger. When he started our sandwich I asked about them cutting meat to order. He said he would if I wanted to wait an hour and a half. Bad attitude. I said something about the place that does and he told me to go there. I was going to leave but husband didn’t. I sat down and the guy told my husband to go somewhere else. Husband said really? He said yes go somewhere else. So we did. We went to jersey mikes, had a great sandwich with much happier, friendler service. Absolutely NO customer service. Trying to joke and be happy and he shot it down in a hurry.

What atrocious management. We ordered through the app at 7:50 hoping for a quick meal before it got too late. At 8:06 I get a call saying they don’t have any meatballs for my meatball marinara. I asked if they could switch the sandwich to a different sandwich and he said we would have to cancel the order and re order. We tried doing that through the app with no option to cancel. We had already paid for the sandwich. I called back and asked if he could just make me a different sandwich because we couldn’t cancel. He said he had to call his boss. With no response for several minutes I called back again. He said his boss told him to have us request a refund. Again we were unable to. They were unwilling to make the situation right at all. Finally my wife had to go down there after being told he would call his boss again. By this time it’s 8:30. The kid working at the store was the only one there, he lied to my wife and said he had tried to Call me to tell me he had already refunded the money. I’m just supposed to trust that this incompetent kid magically found a way to refund my money. And he didn’t even bother to communicate that to us until my wife had gone into the store. What a terrible experience. Who ever is managing this place does not understand the value of customer service, nor does he care to staff this place with enough competent people. How hard is it to make a dang sandwich! Very disappointed!

Never mobile order here, and maybe call and see if they have bread before you bother come. Several times now I’ve come to eat here and at 12:00 in the afternoon they have no bread. Obviously they should know people will be coming in for lunch and have bread ready. I mobile ordered this time at 8:00 on a weekend and showed up, no bread! Subway bakes their own bread, so this seems like a time management issue. One thing at 8:00, but at noon! The people who work here are always super nice. I just won’t come any more to this location because it means sometimes I’ve gotten no lunch or dinner because I haven’t had time to go elsewhere. I hope this message gets to the owner or general manager because I say here ordering from another restaurant and while I sat here for 10 minutes, a total of 10 people showed up to get subway and left without food. You are loosing major revenue and my business and I am sure others business. I hope you can work this issue out. Now hoping I actually get my money back for the online order I got no food for.

I made an order on the app to a different location. When I went to pick it up no one was there. I waited for 40 minutes. I called this location and they said they’d talk to the manager then hung up on me. I called again and they said they had a customer walk in and they’d call me back. They didn’t. So I went to they’re location asking if they could fill the order. They said no. The manager called the store to talk to me and said all I could do was write a bad review for the store.

Worst experience I’ve had at a Subway. Seems like this location is really understaffed, and the young man that was at the counter wasn’t trained properly. I promptly left the line once I heard the worker behind the counter ask the patron whose sandwich he was making how to work the oven. No knowledge of how to make a Subway sandwich. If I’m going to pay over $10 for a sandwich, I want to make sure it’s made right.

Please schedule more people to work!! There was only 1 during a Saturday lunch rush. We ordered at noon on the app and didn’t get our food until 1:30!! The poor guy looked like he was run ragged. You gotta get at least 2 people working the lunch rush. Come on. Where do I complain to corporate about the people running this location?

Every time I go here I leave frustrated. The employees have been condescending and felt like they wanted me to feel stupid. The sandwich they made had almost no meat on it. Pretty disappointing. Hopefully they get things straightened out.
