My experience this time was horrible! I ordered from the menu that says, “just tell us the number and we’ll do the rest”. So I ordered and I still had to instruct the girl behind the counter as to what the sandwich was. There were more flies than there ever should have been! The lady behind me kept saying, “there’s a fly on my sandwich!” The girl would just brush it off and ignore the sandwich that was half made. The girls would leave the sandwiches just sitting on the prep area because the food was empty and they had to refill. Luckily, a fly didn’t land on my food or I would have had her make it again! But who’s to say that the flys weren’t snacking in the uncovered food before I ordered! Yuck! I got no bag because they were “out!” On the way out of the store something juicy dripped all over me because the sandwich was wrapped poorly and no bag! Uggghhh!

Greedy young woman adding $5 tips on her own with the food. If you want tip just ask for it.

The female working here today was extremely unpleasant and bad ZERO customer service skills! Making a sandwich was way over her capabilities. Talking with her friends while I waited for her to make my sandwich was her priority. Hopefully Subway can find a better employee than this!

Visit was Friday 3/10/2023 around 12 noon. The manager (blond female) was very rude not only to me but to the new young man running the cash register. I don’t usually ever leave a bad food review. However, this lady does not belong in any position where she deals with the public. I did confirm with the young man that was his boss.

The young man (maybe Dustin/Justin)that made our sandwiches was very nice and very efficient. Thanks for great service and being so fast and nice even when it was busy!

I am here at subway here and I bought 4 sandwiches but they mixed everything up cuz I had ordered different kinds for each person in my group. Moreover, after seeing the mixed sandwiches without any name on them, I tried asking the dude that made that sandwich and he responded “ I don’t know what I made for you guys. I just gave your sandwiches to you and you can check by opening them “ I’ve been working in a service industry for like 2 years. I know it’s not long enough however it’s good enough to see either he was rude, racist and partial towards my group just cuz we belong to different race. This is not the way to treat their customers, I’m very disappointed in subway customer service

A note to management. Please hire more enthusiastic individuals to represent your location. The young man preparing sandwiches today, seemed beyond unhappy! He barely even communicated with the customers. He wore his hoodie and barely made eye contact. He did the bare minimum to accomplish the task at hand. Definitely did not make me want to return to your location.

Toaster IS working!! We are rejoicing in a cafeteria booth at the local Parowan Subway. Kids seem to be happy with the food. Service was nice, although they were cutting onions in the back and I suddenly started crying at the register and immediately assumed I was having an emotional crisis but that was not the case. This Subway was the perfect stop and I am one step closer to perfecting my Subway order. 5 stars.

It’s not every day you have a high school student who catches your attention because of his exceptional customer service. My husband and I are driving from St. George to Salt Lake City today and stopped in Parowan to get a Subway sandwich and to our delight we were greeted by young man by the name of Preston. His smile, his attention to detail and his politeness were overwhelmingly delightful!
