Really disappointed.. I ordered some Subway tonight because I was super tired and didn’t want to have to go far for some quick food. My boyfriend ordered online and we even gave the workers a tip, though it was not a large tip, we still tried. I was really happy walking in and seeing it was ready and the workers were very friendly as I picked up my order. We unwrapped our sandwiches to see them completely smushed down. With literal finger grooves all over like someone squeezed them out of anger. The meat was balled up inside the sandwich and my boyfriends sandwich hadn’t been toasted. He also had a nearly 3 inch tear on the bottom of his sandwich. This was just a very sad experience and I wish they could get workers that aren’t so upset by their customers. Coming from a former Subway employee, you should do better.

Worst place to work ever. It’s no wonder the workers are upset with the way the manager treats them. She’s rude, condescending, bitter and angry and she takes out her personal frustrations on the workers. I’ve seen it. I feel sorry for those people they should really get some self esteem and apply elsewhere. I will never go back there again. That woman creates a hostile work environment that even the customers can feel just being in the lobby. Subway should be ashamed at putting people like that in charge. Their commercials make them seem so happy but when you go there it’s like a stifling hell with tension so thick even their own knives can’t cut through it.

I came into the store with no greeting and the employee seemed like he had an attitude and I ordered double meat in a foot long tuna sub and I know that there is suppose to be 8 scoops of tuna and he only did 6 and he did seem very happy at all. I have placed an order online for pick up. When I came to pick it up one of the sandwiches was missing. The young girl serving me gave me huge attitude. Telling me that she is the one who made it and that it has to be there. It was not. The second sandwich was missing a lettuce, yet she was arguing with me until I showed the receipt. She did made me the missing sandwich but was awfully rude and dismissive. Horrible customer service.

Lady buys homeless man a meal who is outside. Then staff attempts to kick me out as a bearded man confusing me as the owner of his push cart when im just picking up my mobile order. The sandwiches here always taste fresh and no complaints about the food but the staff is a different story. It seems like they have a high turnover rate here because the kids they hire never seem to like their job and usually have 0 customer service skills. They hire younger individuals, some look like teenagers and who have no idea how to treat customers. The few male employees are actually pretty nice and greet you and smile but the female employees here are horrific. One of them looked like she was high. The other day an African American female employee who is on the heavy side ripped the bread apart rather than slice it with a bread knife like she’s supposed to, barely greeted me or acknowledged me, did a sloppy job with the veggies, and didn’t say thank you at the end of it all. She seemed more concerned about rushing through my order to walk to the back and check on her phone and to gossip with another girl there who is also not very nice, she is Caucasian and very thin and pale with blue eyes. This is not the only unpleasant experience I have had here with the staff. Please hire more respectable staff….maybe some older people since these whipper snappers have absolutely no manners. Also the drink machine doesn’t dispense well-mixed drinks, like the drinks are either too sugary or watery.
