Workers are highly unmotivated. They seem to always have some kind of a attitude when I go in. Today came here at 9:20 p.m. according to the signs, it says that they close at 10:00. Door was locked and everyone was just standing around. When I gestured asking what’s up, they just yelled through the door “we’re closed dude” and then they all left the front area and went into the back and turned the lights off. If their hours have changed, they need to make sure that it is probably displayed. And also re coaching and training the staff to have better customer service. When people come in in general. I will be going to alternative places like sandwich masters where I can at least feel welcomed for walking in the door.

Do not use this Subway any longer as it has really went downhill. Tried ordering sandwiches online last night and they were out of a lot of things. I finally found a sandwich that was available and order three of them for the family. About 15 minutes later I get a call saying they are out of bacon for the all american club. They offered to use roast beef instead of the bacon which I agreed to. When I received the sandwich everything was warm and there was almost nothing on the sandwich. One slice of ham, turkey, roast beef, lettuce, and a tomato. Looked at their website today and it shows a ton of items as out of stock.

I had a very bad experience here. So on 6/17/2023 at about 4:30pm I was about to be served brown lettuce. I ask could I get fresh lettuce. A young man with red curly hair that was serving me said u could say please bro. First off I’m a woman not a bro. I felt it was a racial slur. I told him this he said u want the sandwich or not bro? At this time I’m getting upset. I ask for manage he tells me he don’t know who the manager is. He been working there 2 months so he is the manager . I ask coworker his name to complaint and he says he can’t tell me that. They toss my sandwich away which at this point I don’t want it killed my appetite. And this is the review I have to give if anyone from management see this please find a way to contact me..be ill appreciated it…

On July 12th I entered this sub shop to order a sandwich for my husband. As I entered, gentleman behind the counter was on the phone, walked towards backroom, then up front again, never acknowledged me. I walked past a young man chatting with someone in a booth, stood at counter waiting. A young lady peeked around the corner to get a pair of gloves, right back in room. After standing, waiting approximately 5 minutes, completely ignored by everybody I turned and walked out. No attempt was made to stop me, ask if I needed help or anything. Poor Customer Service. I worked Customer Service in different capacities. Whether on phone or speaking with somebody, I excused myself to tell them I would be with them in a minute. After being treated like this, I will never return to that Subway again. Sad because previously I was greeted, asked how my day was etc. Huge difference! They should all be like that.

This was a horrible experience. First off, we went in at about 4:30, so before the dinner rush. We were still there for 36 minutes waiting for our food. None of the employees had any urgency at all. My 101 year old grandmother moves faster than them. More disturbing is how FILTHY this place is. I watched one employee walk in, clock in, and the just grab gloves to put on to make my sandwich. Did not wash his hands. Then he proceeded to wipe his gloved hands on his pants….Not one person washed their hands OR switched gloves in the 36 minutes we were there. My meatball sandwich was cut with a dirty knife that was covered in nasty mayo and God knows what else. The cross contamination of food in the store was out of control. No one was wearing uniforms. I will never be going back to this subway and also will be reporting this gross place to the health department. Stay away.

They never answer the phone and there is no voice mail. I can’t figure out what their hours are or if they even serve breakfast. AND as far as I know, they are still supporting Russia by leaving all the stores open there. I am done with Subway.

Order by delivery. 2-12 inch subs. One was a 6″ and the other had no cheese and they forgot to toast it. Called the number listed 3 different time with no answer or machine.

We just visited and purchased sandwiches and drinks. I got a foot long breakfast sandwich . They put only one egg on it and got very hostile when I mentioned that usually each 6” got 2 eggs. This was one for a foot long. Was told to shut up and they knew what they were doing. Went to fill drink cups. The colas were empty. We were told to just drink something else; they didn’t have time to help us. This was at 10:30 on the morning. No rush. Didn’t they check the machines before they opened? We left without the drinks we paid for. Won’t be going here again.
