VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE! My sandwich went through a midlife crisis as it was being made. Ordered a BMT, and worker asked me what that was. Worker cross contaminated three 6-inch sized breads. Did not put breads back where they needed to go. Put them aside and kept adding to the pile. Training skills need much improvement and environment at location needs a deep cleaning.

I’ve only been here twice, but each time the store doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned, food is all over the place and not contained to their own containers, one employee is making sandwiches and another is on her phone in the lobby. I feel like eating the food is a gamble. I was not acknowledged as I walked in, and the employee just stared at me making me a little uncomfortable. I honestly will be going to another location from now on. Reading the other reviews, it seems like this is a normal thing for this particular subway. Unfortunate too, because it’s in a busy area.

This store needs a deep cleaning!!!!! Filthy and the staff was sitting in the lobby on their phone. Food was just okay but questioned due to the appearance of the store whether it was fresh. The front door, floor and tables dirty. He can to wipe one table and left the others. This needs a rehab of standards. Fix this. The owner should care!!!

Tastes weird… At first I thought, maybe it’s my pregnancy food aversions. Tried the same sandwich at another location, perfectly fine! Gave this location another try.. unwillingly because of doordash, I didn’t know it was coming from this location. Tasted weird again, but not as weird as last time. Something isn’t being cleaned perhaps? Idk. When I’ve been there physically, the service… well, they don’t hide that they’re unhappy. Should we blame management? Are they mistreating their employees to where they just don’t give a darn? Idk, but something’s gotta give. Do they see these reviews? Because looking, it’s been terrible for long time. Nothing has seem to be done to fix things.

Ordered Subs through the app On a Sunday afternoonWhen I went to pick up my Subs I was told they were out of bread they said they would refund me my money when asked for a Receipt The guy was very rude about it the manger called me tuesday 2 days a later said it take 3 to 5 business days for refund to go back on card I was fine with that cause I know it takes 3 to 5 business days she said she was going to be out till wednesday the next week and she was very nice and addressed my concern and she would call me to see.if refund went back on…. well Wednesday came and never received a call I had to call here on Thursday. It took 11 days to get refunded and no compensation for making me wait that long I was told I would get a cash refund and subs if the money did not go in by wednesday…. when I went in on thursday to get my cash refund they guy didn’t know know nothing a girl came.from the back and was rude and said what’s up really that’s how you run customer service wow very poorly I work in customer service and that not how you treat people and talk to.them. I’m very disappointed of the customer service and had to wait 11 days for a refund. This is not the first time I had bad customer service at this subway I will never return back to this subway again.

Every time I come the customer service is horrible. No professionalism at all. No one cares about their job here at all. This guy working today 6/30 time is 6:25pm he is vaping while making people’s food it’s disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend it sorry for those who actually care about there job here but EVERYTIME my experience is horrible

Every time we go to Subway, we are greeted by the kind and courteous staff, and we get delicious food. We went last week towards the end of lent. This year for lent we both decided to give up meat – not just on Fridays, but EVERY DAY. It was a sacrifice of sorts because I am a meat and potatoes kind of woman! lol. We decided to order the toasted foot-long veggie delight sub. I got mine with provolone cheese, lettuce, spinach, guacamole, cucumbers, black olives, green peppers, red onions and banana peppers. I also chose the sweet onion vinaigrette to top it. (My mouth is watering just typing this review!!!) It was a flavor explosion!! We both ordered basically the same sandwich (with a few topping exceptions) and fell in love!!! Just a few days later, we both just had to have another go at this sandwich, but we got it in a chopped salad version instead. That made for an amazing salad!! I highly recommend you give this subway a try…soon!!! SO GOOD!!
