Missing items: Look in your bag to make sure everything is included if you are placing an online order. I ordered cookies, and they were not in my bag when I got home. I even tipped in the app… kind of makes a person not feel appreciated when you tip, and then stuff is missing. The sandwich was good though and not sloppy, so 4 stars.

Actually had a good sub, but there were issues. One of which was the coupon I just got in the mail, I live near by. They wouldn’t honor it even though it clearly listed what was excluded. The store made up their own rules. There was also no water cups.

If there’s a manager reading these reviews, you really need to do some correcting of behavior. I ordered curbside thankfully, my tuna sandwich was made wrong, so I went into the restaurant to get it remade. The staff was just standing around three people no customers. The food area was disgusting. The tuna had fallen over the sides of the bin that you serve it out of and there were old crusty pieces of tuna around the bin. There was even something in the tuna, like a piece of pepper or plastic, and everything was cross contaminated between bins. It looked very very sloppy an unhealthy. Thankfully, I saw that & switched to turkey which I even hesitated, canceling my order entirely because it looks like a health department nightmare. The place was filthy, and these kids are standing around doing nothing. I would find that totally unacceptable if I were the owner or manager. That place should be spotless, and they should be taught not to cross contaminate food, especially tunafish. Based on what I saw today, I would not go back there. I’m glad I was able to see it before I ate and nasty sandwich and got sick.

Called in to dispute a transaction that was charged twice onto my credit card. They provided me with a phone number to call and get it fixed. When they answered they told me off for calling their personal phone and the call got no where with the problem at hand. No body wants to get bothered, I get it but I work customer service as well and I will never treat any of my customers the way I was treated. So sad.

Class-ist. The same guy who was nice to me every time I came in well put together with large bills was horribly rude when I came in looking poor and paid with smaller bills. When I was asking for cucumbers he actually sighed really loud and rolled his eyes. I was stunned. He didn’t slice my sandwich in half, the toppings were everywhere except actually in the sandwich, and the few that were weren’t placed evenly throughout the whole thing. He’s helped me before and the sandwiches were really good, so that shows something. I was humiliated in front of multiple other people (who were not helped in a timely manner- despite there being other employees who weren’t busy), especially when he smirked when I payed in ones. Yeah. You lost a regular customer. And the guy has light skin and light brown hair. He’s young. (Which is no excuse because so am I and yet I am kind to my customers.) His name tag was on the side of his hat so I couldn’t see it. Never again lol.

Two weeks in a row. Friday night crew is the absolute worst! First time I sat and waited for my online order, for 30 minutes. They told me that it wasn’t ready (at the designated time), so I had to wait. They ignored me, until I said something and then were rude to me because I said something?! Today, my son went to order inside , they made half of the sandwich and then stopped?! Took a break, went to the restroom, who knows why, they didn’t bother saying anything! Finally returned and finished the sandwich. They were rude because they didn’t get a tip. Drive to another location, don’t waste your time and money.

This is the third time I have online ordered a chicken BACON ranch sandwich and have not received bacon nor was the sandwich toasted. This time I left “special instructions” not to forget the bacon on the chicken bacon ranch yet it was forgotten.
