This was the worst subway I have ever been into. It was dirty, and the food was gross. The bread was hard in some spots and mushy in others it wasn’t good, and the way it was put together wasn’t any better,the girl just threw everything on it so the bacon is hanging out on the sides,then they were out of basically everything. I should have just turned around and walked out the minute I walked in and saw the water on the floor, but we had been on the road for hours and were hungry,I could have waited till I got home because I ended up just throwing half my food away because I just couldn’t eat it. I tried, but the bread just seemed old, and I couldn’t get over the smell in the restaurant,the bathrooms were just as gross. What I don’t get is why the employees weren’t trying to clean anything up,instead, they were on their phones. I have eaten at many subways, and you can tell when the bread is fresh because it will stay soft even after toasting it, and I’ve been to some where there were just two people working and it was cleanest place but this was just bad.

Was served poorly. First, workers had poor attitude when I instantly started to order. Second, they didn’t have veggies prepped out. Then, seemed to get mad at me when I asked for more onions on my sandwich not because I wanted extra but because they didn’t have enough out to be enough for a sandwich. The worker Oliviah put way more onions than necessary because she had to go behind her to grave more veggies. But why not have your station prepped. I work in food service I understand but there were attitude immediately before ordering. Don’t work in food service if you don’t want to deal with people.

Manager leaves completely new employee all by herself with a huge line. Employee is very courteous to everybody letting us know employee is extremely courteous and doing her best under very difficult circumstances.

Ordered two sandwiches both had 2 tiny pieces of meat on them. Also paid extra to add more cheese but it wasn’t added. Subway used to be a good value considering we don’t eat cold cuts often and they go bad quickly in the fridge. Now you pay $13 a sandwich and it’s just stale bread. The Subway located further down White Sands is much better!

The food is awesome always!! We enjoy eating here however today the place is filthy! The cover over the food was nasty looking as well as the drink bar. Windows next to tables have not been washed and tables are sticky. This place needs to be cleaned

Put in a pick up order, app said it was done. I arrived at 310, told them i was there for a pick up order. i waited in line for 15 minutes, for yhem them to tell me the food was not made. They were very rude and the younger gentleman was noticeably very angry, aggressively slaming things. I waited another 15 mins for them to make the sandwiches. if I wanted to wait in the store I would’ve ordered in the store.
