Subway made some big mistakes on our order and I initially gave them a one star but after re-doing my entire order without complaint and talking to the manager and the girls working there I’ve changed my stars to a 4. I mean they totally made it right and I came away feeling good about them so I think they deserve a four star rating.

Could be better if they had an extra person during a rush. I placed an online order as well as 5 other people. I waited for 45 minutes before I got my food. That’s when I got to the store not since I placed the order. I ordered guacamole and they knew I was here but couldn’t bother to tell me they were out. Fresh food and courteous workers. We asked if WiFi was available. We were told yes, WiFi was available, but the password was manager’s phone # and they don’t give it out. The shelves for take out orders are not refrigerated!
