Our sandwiches at this location are normally fine. The 3 sandwiches were so carelessly made. Had very few ingredients and one order was wrong. It was supposed to be turkey and ham. All had barely any meat and veggies. So dissatisfied.

Terrible experience at this location. We used the drive thru so I didn’t see the finished product until I drove home. Italian bread was hard and dried out. I have never had bad bread at a Subway. Until yesterday. Asked for olives and there was a total of 4 slices on the entire sandwich. Also asked that they toast one sandwich and they failed to do so. Disappointed. My advice is to keep on driving to the next Subway.

It was closed past 7:00 am when it was time for the place to be open . No big deal due to I understand things happen , yet when it’s 7:40 am and still not open and the employe yells saying it’s due to previous employee not prepping before hand that’s definitely not professional manner to talk to a customer . There was also a fly buzzing inside the area of food produce that makes up your sandwich’s items to be place to make one. I decided to leave and left with polite gesture as have a blessed day and thank you but no thank you . Definitely do not recommend this place .

This location.. where do I start. If you like being treated like you just walked in and bothered or interrupted there little pow wow session and eyes being rolled back to the back of his head because you walked in.! This is the place. Not one single soul inside besides two young subway artist working there dreadful shift is the looks on their face. I feel bad for the elderly lady that was just walking out. Who knows what they did to her sandwich. 1:30 pm I wanted my sandwich toasted. Young sandwich artist asked his fellow colleague if the toaster even works? He didn’t even know if it was on, so did the other sandwich artist. I told him I wanted my sandwich toasted can you check to see if it’s on or if it works? The face on the artist was candid. He did a blank stare and asked what do you want me to do? I said can you maybe put a piece of clean leftover bread or maybe a piece of vegetable and turn on the oven to see if it toast? The young artist said with a sigh and a little shake to the head.. what do you want me to waste a bread? I said no, I wouldn’t want you to waste anything at all. I said use something that’s not going to going to waste and see if the oven works. He then reached for an unused cut of bread that they couldn’t use in trash next to the hand sink! That was it! I told myself I am not going to even waste my money, health and time trying to educate the artist on how he should try to figure out customer service and how his systems and machines work. I told him I was leaving and I’m glad I did! Instead of confrontation I left and wrote this review instead I hope it gets to who ever is listening and retrain and retrain these artist to smile and try pretending they want to work.

i went to subway late night for something with tomato sauce. i like the meatball sauce so the sub was good but the poor guy making my sub was alone and it got a little busy there for a bit. but he took care of everybody pretty quick. i am jaded, i like subway.

I feel sorry to the owner of this Sandwich place just swing by 30 mins ago to buy my Son Italian BMT the young kid that try to make my sandwich lack customer service acted like he doesn’t care the way he handles the sandwich is very lousy I’ve never seen employee like that I refused to buy the sandwich he was making and left the store your crew needs training Sir I’ve been to Subway by North Las Vegas Blvd and Lamb the crew in that Sandwich shop is Awesome maybe to you should send your crew their to get trained on how to handle food properly your sandwich cased are dirty maybe I call county food inspector to check your place I normally don’t give bad review on any business like your cause I understand how thought it is to run business but experienced I encounter tonight with your food handler is horrible. Sorry for the bad review so disappointed thou!

Horrible!!! I arrived there no one inside. Okay, it is early and I understand it’s either shift change or busy, but I waited 20 MINUTES before I left. I rang the little bell at the desk multiple times. Nothing. I called the store 4 times. Nothing. I even yelled “hello” and “help” a couple times. Nothing. That place could of gotten robbed and no one would of even noticed. Whoever worked there should be fired. Horrible.

I was serviced by Ava ( manager ) who did not speak English so Elijah had to translate. We ordered a sandwich chicken teriyaki and received a sandwich with just cucumbers we were informed that we can not get a refund on our sandwich nor could we get a new sandwich as part of there policy. Horrible service and just plain stole $9 from us stay away. It was ridiculous.

This is a message to the owner/manager. Today at 12:30pm, we went to this location, and the guy working had no customer service skills (didn’t smile, barely spoke), I had to pull the words out of his mouth. He took 20 minutes just to make 2 wraps, and took his sweet time when there were 3 more families behind us. And on top of that, the food was bad, our wraps were very watery, and was improperly wrapped, and we asked to warm it up twice, and it was still cold. PLEASE let this guy go he clearly doesn’t wanna be there. I’m a business owner and I’d never want a person like this to work for me.
