This was a horrible experience for me. The customer service was awful. I went on my lunch break which is 30 mins long. When I arrived I saw a man waiting in line to order. He had been waiting a while as the hispanic lady who attended to him apologize for the wait. The funny thing is we were the only two customers in the store. There were 3 employees working at the time and not one person helped me. It was just myself and the customer who had ordered in front of me. The hispanic lady told me to wait after I told her I had been waiting 10 mins already. She continued to make all these sandwiches right in front of me for orders that were online while the only two customers in the store including myself had to wait. I asked the young girl to help me with my order and she just ignored me and felt emptying out the tip jar was more important. I ended up leaving after being ignored and waisted 15 mins. The only good experience was that the paying customer who ordered in front of me gave me half of his sandwich because he felt bad that I had to leave back to work with no lunch. These ladies did nothing to help me and just watched me walk out the store as a unhappy customer. They clearly did not care and need some training on customer service.

At 1:20 I opened the door and asked if I could get water for my three small dogs – I had a cup, and there were no customers in the lobby. The nice young man said he had to go ask his boss if it was ok. The boss said no, I had to buy a cup and then get the water. I know we have a water shortage, but didn’t realize it was so bad that a bit of water couldn’t be shared. Luckily the Sonic next door is much kinder. Then I came home and read the reviews for this location, and they are horrible. At 1:35 I then tried to call and speak to the manager, however no one would answer the phone. I am very persistent and I called 8 times because the phone cuts off after 10 rings. On the 77th ring (I said I’m persistent) the phone was answered by I’m assuming the same young man. I asked for the manager’s name but he said he could not give it out and had to go because they were super busy. I’m thinking that this location could use a new manager because she is mean. At least Sonic has a heart.

Food was not prepared like it was ordered. Oven was not hot enough to properly toast subs and when I brought sub back to have remade they refused to remake. I will not come back to this location I will go back to old location across town that actually cares about there customers and their experience. I’m really not satisfied with level of service or quality of food. I didn’t even finish my food as they refused to fix it to my liking which should’ve been done as I paid for it and was the one going to eat it.

Waited for five minutes saying hello no one would come out it was 5pm I was the only person there. Finally a lady comes out and she couldn’t speak English so I tried Spanish and she couldn’t speak Spanish either I couldn’t order. I was like wth how did this lady get a job in customer service without speaking English!!? Idk if she’s trolling me or what she acted like she was special needs cause she wasn’t speaking anything. I left to work with no lunch for the day. If you’re going to be short staffed at least have your one and only employee fluent in English

If I could give this place a zero I would…Maria was so not willing to work with us. She made my moms sandwich first and asked how many more and we said 4 more then thought it was the same thing. We said no and proceeded to check out my mom by herself when we clearly stated we were all together. Then she wouldn’t work with us and let us make them one by one because she said we couldn’t just do one by one. I’ve been to Subway enough times to know you don’t pull out all the bread at the same time. She had them in the wrong order and one of us did not end up ordering because she was being rude. Barely put anything on the sandwiches and was just being rude and not wanting to try to make the sandwiches “our way”. Also a different girl there was being rude to another customer. She didn’t even ask if he wanted it toasted and just put everything in the sandwich from the meat side and tried to work around us. He kindly told her he wanted it toasted and she said “well you should’ve said that before” you usually wait until the people in front of you are done…she rudely remade it for him and he was still being kind to her. Don’t recommend this place to anyone. There is plenty more Subways in the area to go to.

I ordered online, 2 footlong sandwiches that were to be ready at 3:45. First off, the app had a special BOGO 50%. The app kept charging me $99 for the sandwich. When I called they said they couldn’t help me, nor would they honor the discount if I purchased them in the store. So we changed our sandwiches and ordered for pick up at 3:45. I had to pick something up prior to the sandwiches, and due to traffic I was 20 minutes late getting to Subway. When I arrived they had just started making 8 sandwiches for some lady and her daughter. I told the clerk I had an online pickup. He found the ticket on the back counter and told someone that they didn’t make the sandwiches. Then they continued to make her 8 sandwiches and eventually started mine when I said to the female clerk that it was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. Then I moved to the register while they were being made and said I wanted to add 2 brownies. She shoved some napkins in the bag & said here you go. I asked “where are the brownies”? She stated they don’t have brownies, only cookies & I ordered 2 cookies. She apologized for the wait & I told her that they shouldn’t have made that lady’s sandwiches before mine were done. It was unacceptable and I shouldn’t have been charged. How do you ignore online orders and then act nonchalant when you totally disregard other orders. I won’t ever order from Subway again.

Wouldnt suggest going here unless your willing to wait 30+ minutes for a sandwich. Horrible place to try and get food. I would suggest retaining your staff on how to make a sandwich if you want to keep customers. Saw 2 people leave because of the wait, and there was only 3 of us in there.
