I have never been told I cannot add whatever I want at a Subway and just take the sandwich as is. I was told by a guy, who looked extremely miserable and gave off a horrible vibe as soon as I walked thru the door, that I could not add other vegetables unless it was a build your own. Me asking to add something else is a clear indication I’m trying to build my own. I don’t know if it’s a new policy but I’m going to avoid this subway on my lunch time from now on, could not enjoy the bland sandwich that guy made.

I received fantastic service from a very sweet sandwich artist who I believe is generally under tipped. He was surprised that I tipped well . They also have fresh avocado as opposed to the avocado mush that never oxidizes in the subways near me (in Colorado). I was only here for a week and a half and stopped in this subway twice.

I always get subway in my hometown always so use to the friendly service. Decided to stop by at this location from the start nobody acknowledged us but this one guy ANTONIO just stares at you doesn’t smile or anything. I asked for a turkey italiano he said they don’t have that but they do. Whatever I’ll order something else once we were done ordering we sit down to eat he’s just staring at us Very rude. Will never stop by here again.

Subway is the best food place in the world. I try to go there everyday and get a sandwich. I would definitely recommend subway to everyone i know. The employees there are the nicest sweetest people i have ever met and honestly not everyday do you experience the kindness of people but at subway I experience it everyday. the day 1/9/219 ala 1:08 pm we passed my co-worker and I to buy our lunch were attending two women and one man. Bad man attended us and made fun of what we ordered for our lunch and they did not have the chicken soup that I wanted and the pastramy sub way that we asked to treat us in a racist way

Disregard the reviews on here, they are old and they have (I’m guessing since I’ve been there several times and these people don’t seem familiar) restaffed. They have great fast service and if you sign up for their text message thing you can get some pretty good deals. I go after school with my friends now and then and there are usually quite a few people there. Highly recommend if you like Subway!

I ordered Subway sandwiches online and when I went to pick them up the manager wasn’t aware of any order until he looked on one of his iPads. He never apologized or even offered me a cookie for the failure. Sad!

We moved to Oak Park from Westlake about six months ago and we visited this Subway on various occasions with different quality of food and service, but lately the service in this place is horrible. About two weeks ago we stopped by 20 mins before closing time and ordered ‘meatball’ sandwich and the young guy said he didn’t have anymore, then what about ‘turkey and ham”?, I asked, His answer: “everything is in the back already, you will have to wait 10 mins for me to get things ready”. What?! 20 mins before closing time?! Then I look around and all the chairs were already up in the tables and group of 4 or 5 guys were eating chips and drinking soda obviously waiting for him to get out of there. Blahh, I blamed it on his youth.
