We don’t go here often anymore due to the decline over the years, even under different managers. Our issues have usually been due to things out of stock (they once had zero bread, impressive) and also from the fact they’ve reused knives to spread and cut sandwiches. I think that’s a big thing that needs to change, as my family and I have been figuring out food allergies and when I say don’t cut with a knife that’s been used with avocado? Don’t, that’s a food allergy. Additionally, I’ve figured out their labeling system needs an update BADLY. Today I wanted to get a steak and cheese sandwich with a bit of sauce in there. The guy realized he had been putting Ranch in my sandwich, which I noticed happened because the “sticker” used on the bottle was the same type of white that the Ranch was; invisible unless you were focused in on it. I couldn’t get it fixed, due to my crushing social anxiety, a food rush starting up and everything, so I took the sandwich and ate it, hoping it would be okay. Now here I am, and I believe I have food poisoning. Guys, I appreciated the apologies but this was a bad semester and now I am sick. Please reevaluate your stuff.

This has to be rated below Zero!! I went there to have my lunch. I needed to use the restroom first. I found it locked! When I asked for the keys, the whole staff told me that I had to buy first before they let me in using the restroom. What has the world come to those days?? Bunch of kids that are unable to practice the most basic human rights with their customers. SHAME ON SUBWAY!! THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE. JUST THEIR BOTTOMLINE…

Completely messed up our mobile order. The correct list of ingredients is taped to the sandwich… That has maybe 50% of the correct food inside. I’d ask to talk to the manager but I’m pretty sure that’s who made the sandwich…

Terrible terrible terrible, waited 10 minutes to order a sandwich, slowest guy ever, then he tells me he can’t help me because he has two online orders to do. Absolutely no concept of multi tasking or time management. How can someone br so obtuse and poorly trained. As long as there is a beating heart in my chest I will never go there again. Only reason they got one star is so I could post this.

Hadn’t been to this particular SUBWAY that is near my home.. Decided to go get a meatball sandwich……the associate was very nice, polite and friendly. Did not communicate very much with us. My sandwich although it was meatball and he toasted it, twice. It was still COLD. I’m not a fan of cold meatballs. Not happy either for getting charged for 2 extra pieces of mozzarella cheese and it was all stuck to the paper when I unwrapped my foot long sandwich. Perhaps they need to re evaluate their system and items used, because I’m only 8 minutes away and my sandwich should not have been cold as it was. Believe it will be some time before I go back to this location.

Probably one of the worst subways I’ve been too. The employee was working so slow it felt like I was at the DMV. An elderly lady was also there trying to crack a joke and the employee just stood there, blank face. I felt dead.

Nobody answers phones at this place and I spent 30.00 on snadwhiches that were the exact opposite of what I ordered and paid for.. a waste of food and money and who runs this store? Because they obviously know that the phone number goes to a voice mail that is FULL! I want to speak to the general manager and I want my money back

I ordered through door dash and whomever runs Subway’s end of it has no clue what they are doing. The store just opened for online ordering as is already out of products. Which is fine but they need to take it off their available menu options. So tired of only getting a partial order or no order at all because someone is inept at running their online business. Best practice, just go in person but I didn’t have high hopes for that either

My experience yesterday was horrible! The changed the menu so I was a little confused asked the young girl that was helping me and she just pointed out that’s what they have very serious like I was bothering her. I didn’t realize they still had the sandwiches I always order on the far left side and I was on the right side. When I realized that it was late to just changed my whole order I didn’t want to be that one customer so I continued with my sandwich the mexicali and the chicken bacon sandwich. First of all she said they didnt have rotisserie chicken only the chopped up chicken. Then she didn’t put avocado on the new Mexicali sandwich and when I asked her she said she didn’t have any. I proceeded to be understanding but I was upset no rotisserie chicken no avocado. By the way I still paid the sandwich that had no avocado at regular price. When I was going to pay I asked her to please look up my rewards with my ph#. She said she didn’t know how to do that. The whole time I had a bad experience with this employee. I asked her if the other young man could help her. Just because she didn’t know how to didn’t mean she couldn’t attempt to find out or ask. Anyways the young man did help her told her how to look it up. Very nice young man I didn’t see his name but very good employee . Hope this location gets their stuff together it seems like they have a bad reputation by the way the district manager answered when I called to complain.
