This particular day at this location was not one of the best. And to be honest, on a any other day, I think it would have been fine. The regular employees were nice and friendly but this particular day was very nerve-wracking for both the employees and customers. I dont know if it was the subway company inspectors or the health department inspectors there. It took a particularly long time to have our sandwiches made because they decided to inspect during the lunch rush and were very rude. As they were measuring the temperature on the vegetables add on the woman was not wearing gloves and was touching the food here and there. I mentioned to one inspector that the other one should be wear gloves. She told me that they dont have to wear glove because they do not handle the food. I told her the woman was inadvertently touching the food. At first she basically kept saying they dont have to wear gloves. And I told her I don’t care, if she is touching the food she needs to be wearing glove. It would have been very easy to just put on a glove. In the end she did but it was too late. The inspector had already touch several things and had not washed her hands. Needless to say I was not comfortable with that.

Know that if you are ordering for delivery or are a delivery driver, you are the stores last priority. They will make food for everyone in line before starting yours, even 8f more people come in..

Ordered via doordash a while back and this store location forgot a part of my order and because i did not return to the store within the time they wanted i was not giving my item that i paid for with my order not only did they not honor my item im told i cant have a refund for the item i never received. Horrible customer service. Give your customers what they pay for or stop using a third party to fill your orders if your not going to make them correctly. Will not order for this location again. And Emily just hung up mid conversation.

Try avoid going to this Subway when the manager is there. She cuts amount of veggies and meat. This is our 2nd time there getting lunch and amount of veggies were basically nothing. I order salad but absolutely no vegetables. What did I get??? The other subway give much much more. The best one is on the Avenue J by the Good will and one on the Avenue K by the 24 hours fitness is good too. We knew this Subway is horrible but it was just on our way home and didn’t have time to go to the other Subway.
