Turkey Bacon guac sub for 11.65… this was the saddest sub I’ve ever seen. Guac looks like someone sneezed a little something. They skimp on everything! Not to mention the place was quite filthy. WHY IS THE CHAIR STICKY!?

I had one of these worst experiences at this subway. First off, they seemed really put off by the customers ordering. When it was time for our order, I asked for a small slider sandwich for my daughter to which I didn’t want toasted. The lady argued and said it has to be toasted.. I didn’t complain and just said ok. Then when my partner and I wanted to order a foot long and split it she seemed upset that we were splitting the sandwich. She put less meat on the sandwich than was supposed to be and was rude when I asked her to toast my side. Also, they were trying to charge us for two 6” subs instead of the one 12”. They do not accept coupons at this particular location either. There is not a lot of seating in this location and we ended up walking a few blocks down the street to sit at some outside table and chairs. I personally did not enjoy the vibe and will never return to this location again.

During a week at the convention center, I stopped in here almost every day, for breakfast, lunch, or just to get a soft drink (in a cup, with ice, with a straw). The food is your standard Subway fare. Not a lot to say about that. But, the service was great. Every time I went in the folks behind the counter were friendly, cheerful, and quick to fill my order.

I am a state worker just trying to get a sandwich on my lunch break. BIG MISTAKE. Earlier this week, I ordered a sandwich with roast beef on it. They were out of roast beef so I just said “you can do double the turkey then” the total came out to around $16 for a $9 sandwich. I said, no that isn’t right. They came back with $13 because I have double turkey. UM. Mind you, I said more turkey because they were out of roast beef. Sounds basic, right? Nope. I asked for a manager to discuss. Nope. They said they were going to call the cops because I asked for a manager. I told them to keep the sandwich and I proceeded to leave. THEY followed me outside and starting yelling at me!! Anyway, absolutely unbelievable.

Very cheap, rude management and staff at this location due to being in prime downtown. When I asked for extra olives the lady making my sandwich continuously shook her head disapprovingly like I was stealing them from her personally (when she would barely put 1-2 pieces of each veggie making me ask repeatedly). Additionally, they kept very little of each veggie in stock and many did NOT look fresh–you can easily tell they try to save money where they can and put as little as possible on each sandwich to keep a bonus to use again the next day and cut costs.

PLEASE DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR HEALTH One star is a lot for this place. I order a chicken salad and I ask the lady if she could chop the vegetables and she refuse but I was okay. I was hungry and wanted to eat. but than the vegetables on my salad smell like they were from the day before. When I first bite into the chicken I almost vomit the chicken had a green dot. It smell disgusting.

They have nats and flies really bad saw some go into the chicken, the room temperature was prettier warm idk if that was the reason but it was gross. They refused me the bathroom don’t know why when it was working perfectly fine because the owner open it for a guy. Oh and last they rip you off here!

Friendly staff always prompt and courteous. It’s a popular spot downtown so there’s a lot of roof rack in the area, however the environment inside is inviting versus sufficient seating and the owners are very helpful.
