Been to this Subway several times and this was a terrible visit. Broken AC, employees are expected to work with fans. It was broken last time I was in as well, weeks ago. Soda machine, broken. Female staff standing at the register didn’t even bother to acknowledge us, just stood there even though we had a mobile order and just needed to pick up. She was very unfriendly and clearly lacking in basic customer service skills. Sandwiches were given to us in a basic paper lunch bag that immediately ripped and there was no offer to replace it. No napkins. Overall, just ridiculous.

I attempted to call to cancel an order as the app had defaulted to this subway rather than the one I had intended, and the only way to cancel was to call, which I did not know until I found that information on the app after much searching. My first call, nobody answered. When I called again I was told that they couldn’t cancel it as they had made the sandwiches already. While I understand that it was the fault of the app, I was told that I am rude for wanting them to cancel my order and refund me. I spent half an hour trying to get the owner to understand that I just wanted a refund, but he insisted he was losing money and would not cancel the order. He was yelling at me and was very rude. The servers tend to be good, but the owner does not understand how to cater to customers. I have worked in retail and understand that generally speaking its fine to just do as a customer asks. Yes its annoying, but in this case it was not the fault of either party. Overall the owner was very unprofessional about the situation and was unwilling to even compromise or come up with a solution. Telling a customer that you cant refund them because you are losing money is not very good customer service, nor is calling your customer rude for pointing out that it isn’t their issue and refuse to refund them because the sandwich was already made.

Everything was good. Sandwich was made with perfection just the way I wanted it. The bread was soft and fresh. Vegetables also looked fresh and not old and mushy. I also ordered a soup and it was delicious, it wasn’t cold and it looked like it was just made because it didn’t look like it was sitting in the warmer for awhile. The price was reasonable and service was great.

Great service , the lady helping us did her best to keep us and the others in line happy. The down side was that it was just her n a guy she called boss , if they had maybe one more worker it would had been alot faster and less work on one worker . I do feel the boss could have helped though. Other than that it was great !!
