Do yourself a favor and never dine here. I’ve been here twice because I live nearby and as someone who has worked both food and customer service I can safely say this is the worst service I’ve seen in my life. They won’t answer the help button even greet you when reaching the window. I sat there for 15 minutes watching the Employees walk past the drive-through window. And couldn’t even get one’s attention to see if I was going to even receive my food that I had ordered mind you. I was the only one at this establishment ordering food.

I gave my order clearly and emphatically. It was late so I went through the drive through. Nobody was anywhere but me. I SPECIFICALLY requested no mayonnaise. I find it completely disgusting and will not eat it. I guess I could have driven out into the parking lot and unwrapped my sandwich and inspected it in the dark, maybe seen the mayo, maybe not, and dealt with whatever I found but I’ve always had good service from Subway. Anyway I drove home and unwrapped my sandwich. It was the type ‘make your own’. Right away I could tell something was wrong. It had lettuce, not spinach. Ok, not my favorite but edible. I continued searching and found the ingredients I had asked for. And throughout the entire sandwich was a slimy, watery white sauce. I’ve been served mayo by accident. I take a napkin and wipe it off the bun or bread and try to deal with it. This sauce was in ALL the layers and had made the bread soggy. It smelled disgusting and looked even worse. I could have driven back to the Subway (right, at the price of gas and the fact that it was around 2am. I don’t think so!) but I didn’t. Why should I have to? I paid good money and they were not busy. There was NO reason my sandwich should have been drowned in watery mayo. I don’t know if it was because it was the drive through, it was late, or that Subway sucks, but I will never go there again. I ran it down my garbage disposal and will continue telling everyone I know about this disgusting experience. I normally would understand that accidents happen but really there was NO reason for this. I may quit Subway permanently. Really the worst drive through experience I’ve ever had. If this is the way that Subway conducts it’s business, you’ll be looking at a law suit. I just don’t like mayo. When are they going to give someone something they’re allergic to? Just something to think about.

When we went in the young man was making a sandwich for another customer: super slow, but that’s fine I can be patient…when he finished making the sandwich he went right to working the cash register and handing the man his change. He did not wash his hands or even change his gloves, he went right to starting our sandwiches and I had to ask him to wash his hands and put new gloves on he did, and was polite but clearly food safety training needs reviewed with this employee. After he checked us out (still wearing his gloves) he then went to making the next customers sandwiches… Today I’m running a fever, amongst other not so great symptoms, and feeling awful! When I saw that happen I should have walked out…lesson learned for sure.

Not to bad of a place for a quick bite. We ordered 7 sandwiches, and they turned out alright. I wish they would have marked names or what they were abbreviated on them, but it’s all good next ⏲️ time.

I got a toasted chicken bacon ranch, a little skimpy but I could handle that. The other sandwich(which was supposed to be a black forest ham that ended up being an Italian BMT) that wasn’t even toasted or anything, came out of the wrapper looking and tasting burnt. I just want to know who in their right mind could look at that and say, “yea! That’s some great looking, fresh tasting, cooked to perfection bread”. Let me down immensely.

I spent $50 to get x2 the veggies. On 8 Foot long Sandwiches. This looks like they were out of stock of everything. There was only one guy so it took almost 2 hrs including wait time at the drive thru to get them they had alot going on but ugh. This is realy a waste of time and money. Please go buy the stuff at the grocery stote make it your self less risky. I would think they could have at least 2 people on duity. I was so hungry I ate it any way but thank you for the over priced bread at least i got enough sauce to choke it down.

Takes forever to get your food, at least 15min for a sandwhich. missing items when you recieve your order. delicious but not woth the price and time and inaccuracy of the staff and they have the audacity to demand a tip. im not tipping anything especially if im touching the handheld card scanner that everyone touches.
