So far 3 for 3 on messing up our order in the drive through. First time we couldn’t even eat it there was so much salt. Second time we ordered chicken bacon ranch I believe we ended up with a subway melt.. this last time half the toppings were wrong I mean they even wrote it down on the paper wrap and still got it wrong. I do not recommend.

Love pulling up to pick a online order and being told to wait so the one person actually working can finish your online order. Also love seeing multiple people taking a break outside when there’s one harried person making all the sandwiches for everyone. Don’t bother if you want to go back to work on time.

This is the worst sandwich I have ever received. The look alone made it inedible. This is supposed to be a spicy Italian add capricola w/ shredded cheddar lettuce, tomato, olives , onion, mayo&mustard and salt pepper. I received 3 olives and roughy 4 strands of lettuce. Very dissatisfied and won’t be going back to subway. My dog wouldn’t even eat this, sad.

4x my order was made wrong in a row. I told the manager that assured me “Our customer service is great. Our sales are great. I don’t know what you want me to do.” Exact quote. Refunding and apologizing would be a good start, then retraining employees can come second… my order was written on paper and easy to follow. This Subway just doesn’t care about quality it seems.

Went in for a sandwich was told I can only have 10 slices of olives on my sandwich that’s the rule. I asked isn’t your slogan “Have it your way” ? They just laughed. Gothenburg the drink and chip. The machine was out of ice along with 3 drink only shooting out water. Sad customer service and the own apparently doesn’t like customer to have their sandwich made the way they want. Especially after raising their prices a while back.

I go to this Subway all the time and typically have good service and food. Unfortunately today I went over around 11:15am to get a 6 inch sandwich and did not come away with what I ordered. The gentleman who was working the drive thru was difficult to understand volume wise and I had to ask him to repeat things a few times. Every time I did, he seemed completely put out. When I got to the window he took my card and once inside the window said my total was almost $10. Before I could say anything, he was gone. When he came back he gave me my card (no receipt) and a footling. I stopped and asked if the sandwich was a certain kind. Once again he seemed put out and told me it was. I informed him I had only ordered a 6″, he was just silent and didn’t say anything. Because I already paid I just said “it’s okay, I guess I paid so I’ll take the sandwich.” He closed the window and I left. When getting home, my sandwich looked like someone just threw ingredients on. The right side is almost entirely veggies with no chicken and it just wasn’t right. I will come back, but I might no longer use the drive thru as I don’t know what this gentleman was doing since there was only one other car there behind me.
