Stopped in here a couple of weeks ago. Was waiting in the drive through (one car ahead of me) so long that we actually had a conversation with the car in front of us, backed up and parked to go inside and get a sandwich from the ONE GUY working and left before the two female employees came back in from there smoke break rite outside the front door. I wish I would have seen names but no one had name tags on. If this was my store, I’d want to know what a mess it is.

I went to the sweet home, Or store, had 1 car in the drive through so I waited, and waited, then some longer. Nothing moved. I had several cars behind me and no movement. I finally called the store, spoke to a Ryan who told me they were short staffed, “and I just had my wisdem teeth pulled…” and I’ve got a line out the door. Needless to say, I never got up to the order here. You lost at least 5 orders today because of this. This was at 1230 pm today

I placed an online order so my food would be ready for me on my break at work. I know it typically takes longer than the predicted time, so I went 10 minutes later than when the app said it was done. I arrived to an empty dining room and my sandwich hadn’t been started. The kid with red curly hair behind the counter then laughed and said “it’s only 10 minutes late, that’s not too bad”. I wouldn’t have been upset except for the fact he was too busy flirting with girls at the counter and said my sandwich would take another 10 minutes to make! I canceled my order because I didn’t have time to wait. This kid apparently thinks the rest of us don’t have a schedule or repercussions if we are late to work. I will never go back.

Sat in drive thru for 40 mins for 4 sandwiches. Absolutely no reason it should take that long. Will not be coming back ever. Go somewhere else if you want your food within a reasonable time.

Prepare to wait. It takes a looooonnng time to get your sandwich made. Kid with dark curly longer hair was in another dimension. Started putting lettuce onto my daughters sandwich. (She hates lettuce.) Had to ask 4 times to remove it. Also the prices have definitely increased to an unaffordable level.
