I recently visited this particular Subway location, and it was an experience I’ll never forget, all thanks to an extraordinary employee named Tiffani. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service turned a simple meal into a memorable dining event.

This Subway was clean, fast and friendly! Melissa did a beautiful job on my sandwich. A six inch Tuna was only $6.49! So cheap. Thank you for the delicious sandwich and great experience.

John Day subway has gone downhill the past couple of weeks. Lots of new people. We were told today that we can not get chopped salads anymore. So your salad has big hunks of tomatoes and cucumbers. Big pieces of spinach. Bathrooms have been closed for two weeks.

I work at the subway in baker city so I could spot all the mistakes. Ordered the sub club. Lady on meats skipped putting on the right amount of meat and skipped the double cheese. It doesn’t take any time to add the correct amount of meat and cheese, your just taking away from whats paid for. Then the boy on veggies grabbed a very dirty knife, barely wiped it on the side so it was still very dirty and closed my sandwich. I only order lettuce on it and it was a six inch so he didn’t even need the knife. Just made my sandwich more dirty. It takes barely any effort to do these things correctly yet people skip them just to try to make things go faster. You’ve probably ruined people’s sandwiches just to get through them a second quicker

I LOVE subway, craved it all throughout my last pregnancy, but they’ve been messing up a lot lately and it’s starting to make me not want to spend my money there anymore. Normally it wouldn’t be such a big deal because I would just go in to order and sometimes sit to eat, but lately my kids have been sick so I’ve been using curbside. I double check and triple check before I place my order, and when I get home and get the kids and sandwiches in the house, the food I recieve doesn’t completely match up with what I ordered. It’s disappointing.

Friendly, clean and fresh ingredients! It’s our second visit. They run daily specials, a given sandwich with 2 free side; chips and a drink. Great place for a delicious sandwich.

I have never seen such beautiful vegetables at Subway before… especially the tomatoes and spinach. We had lots of fun with the young man who helped us… when he heard we were ordering veggie subs and wraps, he even offered to change his gloves after handling meat. (Very considerate.) They also had Swiss cheese, so all 4 of us had Swiss. Next time we are in John Day we will be stopping here again.

Very slow service and the bread was very over cooked.

Online app didn’t work even with their WiFi so they didn’t even offer to honor the 15% off footlongs. The sandwich maker was the best part of the poor experience. Everyone had an air of they didn’t really want to work but they most laughable is when we were handed three different sandwiches wrapped up with napkins too and asked for a bag and they just gave it to us and watched while we bagged it ourselves. This place really is a joke. Sandwich was good but the employees were lazy. Btw the manager watched all this and said nothing.
