I always forget how much i like subway sandwishes until I visit again. The guy serving wasn’t very friendly and just handed me the food after I paid which was a little weird. The sandwich was good and toasted! The place was empty when I arrived, but two other people showed up when I was there.

I do NOT recommend eating at this location . I’m assuming it was the manager not that you could tell by how she was treating customers and her employee at the time. Her name is Jessica. Very unprofessional yelling at her employee tossed a knife down on the make table in front of that employee and rushing me as I was explaining my order. She should not be working around the general public. Very unsatisfied with my visit. I would highly suggest going into sensitivity and management training jessica to learn how to speak to people and your employees you should be ashamed.

Is any upper management reading these reviews? Because they’re all accurate about how rude the morning manager is. I usually come here, but after today i wont… her employee made a small mistake on the computer and tendered a customer wrong and she yelled at her in front of everyone in the lobby. while she made my sandwich she got annoyed multiple times with me. the menu didnt specify that it wasnt heated, so when i asked she scoffed and threw the ingredients off. Shes just all around very rude. i get it’s busy, and can handle the subtle showing of annoyance personally, but watching her be rude to other customers and her employee was just disturbing. a customer asked for sauce after she already wrapped the sandwich and she yelled at them with “you said that was it”. i was watching and she didnt anyways, lol. comical really. upper management please do something for the employees

Worst experience. The lady making the sandwiches was the worst! How did you just open an hour ago and you act like you’re closing on a 12 hr shift. She acted so annoyed, extremely rude and acted like having customers was the worst part of her day. I would love to mention her name but fortunately for her she wasn’t wearing a name tag. The other lady, Norma (who she made stop what she was doing to finish my order) was wonderful. While norma was ringing everything up, im standing there watching the rude lady be rude to the next customer! I definitely will not be coming back to this location.

I ordered an online order for me and my coworker, we decided to eat in the dining area. I wouldnt normally eat in the dining area with all that’s going on but me and my coworker were trying to save time. Im honestly glad that we did but I unwrapped what I thought was my sandwich but it didnt have what I ordered on it so I then unwrapped the other sandwich at it was also not my order. I think what happened was that they got the meats on the sandwiches and then when it came to the veggies they got the sandwiches mixed up. My coworker was ok with his but I order the same thing everytime i go to subway so i just wanted what i ordered. I went up to the counter and waited for someone to greet me and when I tried to explain what had happen in the middle of doing so another employee that was helping other customers made the lady I was talking to help those customers and so I restarted explaining the messed up order. I was a little upset but I know that a bunch of restaurants are understaffed and with my experience with the food industry I understand things happen. So I calmly explained to the 2nd lady what had happened. She got confused and started raising her voice. She kept asking questions. I kept trying to answer in a calmly manner and I started to get a little scared because with every question her voiced raised a little more. She claimed the sandwich I had was right and after digging into the sandwich herself she then started to make my sandwich in a very rude way. She didnt toast the sandwich for the normal time so the chicken was cold. I’m just very upset with this experience. Luckily the mixture of flavor made my sandwich taste amazing but I still left the store with anxiety in my chest. I’m not sure how to get this to a manager or corporate but I dont think people should talk to people like. There was so much I wanted to say but I was just embarrassed for not getting what I asked for. I will not be going to this location anymore.

The lady named JESSICA was very rude and yelled at me saying they only had 2 kinds of bread horrible customer service thankfully her counterpart had way more sense and was professional ill NEVER Come back here as a Comcast employee I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here for lunch Jessica is very rude if you don’t like making sandwiches just say that!
