I gave 2 stars because the food is consistent. Ordered on the app 45?minutes before it was supposed to be ready. I was greeted by the employees, but noticed my order wasn’t ready despite the app saying it was. There were 2 people in line with one already getting a sandwich assembled. I went to the counter to ask about my order and Joe, the employee acted like he was busy and ignored me. Finally the young gal who was assembling the sandwich for the customer looked at me annoyed and asked if we were together. I told her no and that my order was missing. She acted annoyed and said “it’s not done yet sorry.” Grab a drink and I will make it. I get it if you’re busy or if there is a mistake, but I think what is most annoying is that they acted as if I wasn’t there and were annoyed when I asked for help. It’s now nearly 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up time and she’s still slowly assembling my food. I guess it’s too much to ask for reasonable service these days. That’s what I get for slumming it at subway. Nothing has changed.

There are not too many subways around here, but this one is definitely one of the best! Employees are always nice, and with some small outdoor seating, it’s a great spot for those cool summer days!

I ordered a Philly steak sandwich in the middle of making it lady told me that toaster was down so I thought maybe the cheese wasn’t going to get melted then had my sandwich realize my steak was ice cold!

I live nearby and had surgery today and didn’t want to go too far. Friday night at 630pm I walked in to order as they were putting chairs up and shutting lights off. I asked what time they closed, because I thought the sign said 8pm as I walked in. A very rude woman said at 8 usually but we close anywhere between 645-8 depending on business. There were people in the restaurant eating too. Another couple came in behind me and she rudely said to them, not accepting coupons and rattled off all the stuff they were out of. They looked at me and said wow, rude…and they walked out. A nice gentleman made my sandwich-I passed on the lettuce because it was severely brown and wilted and looked like it had been sitting out all day. All while the woman working walked around closing up. I’ve had this type of experience there before but thought I’d give them another try. Never again. I’ll drive out of my way to go to one that wants my business. And, I’ll tell everyone I know not to waste their money there. Horrible customer service and felt rushed to leave.

Fast and friendly service at this location. The only reason I did not give 5 stars has to do with the subway app, not the store. The store went to the trouble of calling me to adjust my order since the app is not completely in sync with the individual locations menu options. Thank you Sullivan store for the extra effort you put in my order.

I like subway in general, my wife went in to pickup food and walked in to the “worker” was making what must have been his own sandwich promptly said they were close, she was there 20 minutes before close and mentioned it said the door itself said it was later than that. He again rudely said “we are closed”. Well if this is the service and type of people they let close a store, it is one I will make sure to not go back to. ALSO if you notice it has happened to quite a few people if you look at the reviews, so this seems the norm.

Completely done with this store. I have tried to support this store since it opened as its really close to where I live which is nice. I can tell you that for the most part I have had somewhat friendly service but have seen the store close early (at least 20 times over the last several years) I have walked in 40 min before closing and been treated like I did something wrong or I had all kind of nerve coming in so close to closing. Today I was told corporate was out of meatballs I called 7 other Subways see if that was true……..NOPE! all of which said they haven’t heard of a meatball shortage withing the chain. Pretty much done with this particular restaurant. Corporate should maybe intervene and find an owner that wants to run this store more responsibly. To the ownership of this store, maybe owning a frachise restaurant isn’t your calling. I hear Fred Meyer up the street is hiring.

Let me be clear my rating for this restaurant has nothing to do with my experience. I walked in and they were fairly busy, but the 2 people behind the counter were enthusiastic and apologized for the delays several times. They made my sandwich perfectly. However when I paid, unlike other Subway restaurants that I’ve been to, this one does NOT allow you to tip the sandwich makers through the card machine. When I asked them about this they told me, “Unfortunately this is one of the only locations that doesn’t allow tipping, I appreciate the thought.” If I had cash I would’ve tipped but it seems absurd to me that only this location, which has been one of my better Subway experiences, would not allow me to tip the sandwich maker.
