Quick service. Opens till late night. Easy to grab dinner while driving along the I-5. There was knly once person who was working late handling both drive thru and in person visit. He was very generous and quick enough to get the food ready.

Smells good inside. Food is tasty. You can get a decent 6″ sandwich for $7 so that’s not too bad. The line always takes a verrrrry long time. If you are in a rush please don’t go through their drive through. They have not gotten an order wrong yet either so that’s a definite plus. They do have spinach as a topping option which I like because other places like Lil’ Pantry do not offer that. Happy munching!

There is a certain theme being presented and the music which was playing represented a certain culture. I have not experienced that before in any subway. A lot of people wouldn’t think a thought about it. But knowing what I know and being from where I come from I didn’t care to be listening to music which talked about the subject matter being presented. So the atmosphere sucked a bit but I enjoyed a great Subway sandwich anyway.

The staff seemed overwhelmed with phone call orders and trying to train a new guy. I’ll give the individuals slack on this but am concerned this is more of a corporate environment and employee training issue. The bathrooms were very disappointing. The guy with the green eye shadow was obviously doing his best given the circumstances. He even opened the door for us.

We ordered a couple of sandwiches for delivery on our day off together not feeling well. We eat quite regularly at another location and will never be using this one again our sandwiches arrived with no chicken on them I can honestly say as someone who works in food that there was a mistake made so I called to sort it out and was met with both a team leader and manger who were more willing to argue with me than come to any type of solution I would have gladly brought the sandwiches to the store to be made right and replaced I was told to call corporate instead. I hope the owner sees this because there is no way to actually speak to a person at subway corporate it all has to be done via email and I won’t waste anymore of my time. Customer service was NON EXISTENT.

I went here for my boss 4 or 5 times the last two months. The employees are cool. Behind the counter isnt the cleanest subway in town. They were out of Italian herbs and cheese bread twice at lunch. The counter on the customer side is falling apart and it’s a newer store.

Ordered foot long for lunch. All the veggies looked fresh. Last time I went to the 1 by WM, nothing was fresh or out of most of the veggies. Would highly recommend NGP Subway.

Ordered through their drive-thru. I don’t remember the name of the person who helped me but they were very professional and fast. My sandwich was delicious. There are 3 Subways in town, I definitely recommend this one compared to the other 2.

How old was the bread, tasted like eating dust. And to steal the addage WHERE IS THE MEAT??? Worst sandwiches ever. Stopped going to Subway about a year ago, thought that a turn over turn in staff my change things. Not the case. It is with management. Lack of care about product or who they serve. Store #5992.
