Both my son and I stopped into the Subway on Broadway and Milton and ordered some subs for takeout. I got the cold cut combo on Italian. And Damien pretty much got the same thing just our toppings were a little different. I only look like one employee was on but she made our subs very fast and presentable. She was very professional and very kind and courteous. I hope the $5 that I gave for the tip goes to her and not to somebody else that may have worked very little of her shift. It may not seem like a lot it’s only five bucks then again my entire bill was only like 12 bucks. The store was clean and an orderly fashion. All the foods on the deli cases look fresh and ready to go. It’s a good stop to get a quick bite to eat.

Lady on night shift is the most ignorant employee I’ve ever seen. She sat at a table on her phone watching videos. Acted like we were bothering her. She gets up goes behind the counter looking at us. Doesn’t even ask what we want. Gave her the order and she was just throwing stuff around. The cucumbers were brown and slimy and I told her I wanted cucumbers but not those. After we order she went back to watching her videos on her phone. She is so rude! And if that unhappy she needs to quit or be left go. Your hurting your own business. I will never go back to this location. Second time being very disappointed.

Lady on night shift with bushy ponytail was so rude to my autistic non-blood related sister that I wish I could rate this -1000/5 stars. She had the audacity to sit at a table ON HER PHONE even after we walked in. My sis had to say “I’d like to order, please.” for this lady to get off of her lazy a** and continued to be extremely rude and short. My sister is a sweet girl and DIDNT deserve that kind of treatment AT ALL. We are NEVER coming back.

After picking up an online order I opened it and it was the wrong ingredients. I contacted the store and was told it can be fixed but I had to go back in to pick it up. I informed them that I can not come back. She then told me I could DoorDash the order. I said I was not paying to have an item delivered that they messed up. She then proceeded to be very rude so I ended the call. NEVER GOING BACK

The lady that works here in the evening with the big bush ponytail is about the most miserable and ignorant employee I’ve ever met. We walked in the door and she was sitting at the table on her phone. She looked up and continued her video that she was watching while we waited 5mins. She then got up washed her hands and came out and and was miserable cause we interrupted her video.

There is nothing better than great customer service and a place being spotless. Staff was amazing, very friendly, and did exactly what was told. Walking into a clean place with great smiling staff is always a plus! I was definitely impressed with my service, the pretty young lady did not rush me and was very polite! Food was fresh, cookies were warm and delicious, overall great subway and would recommend taking the extra mile and coming here!

I recently moved to Milton and I have to say that the employees who work here are fast at what they do, courteous, kind and you can tell that they do their best to deliver a quality product while following food safety regulations, and with the satisfaction of the customer in mind. Jose and Theodore, who are the workers that helped me with my order did their job perfect to a T. They knew where everything was at, which ensured a speedy deliver and ensured my satisfaction.
