Horrible customer service all they way to the top. Contacted Subway and they apologized for they bad experience and promised to send coupons for free subs. Those never arrived. Continue to hear similar stories. I’m done with eating there and actively encouraging others to be done as well.

In the two dozen times we’ve been here, they’ve never had any soup, and only a quarter of the time do they have cookies. And we’re talking at lunch and dinner time, not before closing. Nobody answers the phone and there’s no voicemail. The customer service here is mediocre at best, which is, in my opinion, a direct reflection on the poor management. I hate to leave such a poor review, but I feel I must be honest. Disappointing.
