Ate here for the first time today. Wasn’t too busy I was second in line and it took forever. I work in food service so I’m more considerate/patient. You could just tell the employees didn’t wanna be there except for one of the guys that was sweet. I got the chicken breast sandwich. I sat down to eat and it just didn’t taste right. I kept eating and just couldn’t do it. I took the chicken off and it smelt horrible. Almost as if it was old or sitting.. I’ve been so sick ever since. This is the same sandwich I get every time I go to any subway. I also don’t review places, but after getting sick I just had to. Giving two stars because the one guy that was helpful and nice, but my stomach is not right after eating here.

I only rated this a one because the food was decent but the way I seen the employee treating the other was crude. The young African man was so nice I just felt bad the whole time because this white employee of a woman was just so rude!! And then when she’s putting the toppings on she reranges everything he did and makes him toast my bread when I didn’t even want it toasted in the first place. He was doing everything right and that woman just had poor communication and is a poor team member.

I have eaten at this Maplewood Mall subway location on several occasions. I have NEVER received fresh bread. It’s always hard and tastes at least day-old. If you have an option to go to a different location you most definitely should avoid this one. I guess I am just a glutton for punishment.

I’m giving this place five stars only because of the female employee who served me on this particular day she was by herself overwhelmed and it was Valentine’s Day and she even picked up the shift she was very nice and she made my food gorgeous I honestly believe she does deserves as much accolades as she can get

Absolutely disgusting Subway, subway is low grade to begin with but the staff are beyond rude, rather than having the sandwich handed to me I had the lady throw it at me, and I was using please and thank yous the whole time, I asked for a little bit of honey mustard and apparently a little bit means its soaked through the wrapping by the time I sit down and my toasted bread was full blown soggy before I took a bite
