Loved it. Stopped for breakfast on a Monday morning and it felt like being in your mommas kitchen. Love the atmosphere of regulars sitting around chatting and cutting up. An older couple rolled up in an old international truck and my 11 year old was mesmerized. All the old Coca Cola decorations and other memorabilia from the lifetime of the business. If you want a nostalgic feeling this is it. Food was great and the staff were extremely friendly.

This place was nice and cozy like eating at home with mama. I had the chicken fried steak and it was great. You can tell everything is cooked when ordered and comes to your table fresh off the griddle. My wife and I can’t wait to come here again when we’re back in Texarkana.

We stopped at Sue N Carol’s on a road trip back home to Texas. We were looking for a good breakfast spot that wasn’t a chain restaurant. This place delivered. We ordered a few 2 egg specials, a breakfast burrito, a western omelet, and some hotcakes. Everyone enjoyed their food. It was like having Grandma make us breakfast. The coffee was good and we got some for the road. Hopefully next time we drive through our timing will work out and we can try lunch. Highly recommend!

They let your hamburgers sit in an opened paper sack on the drive through windowsill for 5 to 10 minutes until you advance in the line up to the window. If I wanted cold burgers that would be fine but I like mine hot.

I really wanted to like this place. But, my cheese omelette simply wasn’t very good. Telling me it was done but the omelette needed to go back and be cooked more before I can eat it, isn’t a good sign in my book. I wish them well. Very nice friendly staff.

This establishment is very racist towards those of color. Was very disappointed with the personnel at the counter. I hate that people can’t be kind to one another we all bleed the same blood. I guess some people will never change no matter how often or how much they put into church.
