First time being at Sugarcreek Restaurant. Add the steak omelette with pepper jack cheese and homemade bread. Staff was very accommodating very talkative and inviting. The layout was comfort country style. They have a bloody mary bar on Sunday which we will be back. Headlights variety for canned and bottled alcohol as far as a wide variety of well spirits. Will definitely be back!

Visited twice as I wanted to be sure to give it a fair shake, the first time I visited it was very busy as I expected it would be being it was a Sunday morning and breakfast time. I will say if your looking for a quick bite you may want to avoid the busy hours described here as food took well more then an hour to arrive from the time we ordered but we also had numerous tables ahead of us. Food was hot and the server was punctual and attentive and kept the coffee coming for the most part. Did not give 5 stars on food as it was a bit bland, I understand table salt and pepper being provided as well as heart healthy first policy (never assume someone can have salt) but as a cook myself there are other low sodium options to really bring that food alive I would encourage you to look into ♥

Went on a Wednesday afternoon. Not busy at all, the cook offered to make our party anything from the menu even though breakfast hours were past. Food was great, awesome selection. Even the tiny humans liked the choices.

Was probably the worst experience I’ve had eating out ever and I have traveled through at least half of the United States the waitress was standing around talking with other staff members and laughing instead of coming to take people’s orders and when she did take people’s orders she took people’s orders that were behind us her name was Christina Jocelyn on the other hand was very nice and pleasant and helpful also there were more flies in the restaurant than in an outhouse maybe someone should check with the food inspectors to see how many flies per square inch are allowed also received my sausage biscuits and gravy in a dirty plate God knows I’m not sending it back and have them spit in my food and I wonder why a woman would go change her child s***** diaper in the airlock instead of going to the bathroom Place wasn’t ran like this when Sharon owned it probably will never go back there again terrible experience

This place is amazing! My partner and I went, we loved the food. And the service was amazing. The wait staff was so polite and friendly. It was the best breakfast I have ever had at a restaurant! We will definitely be back!

Service was friendly and very efficient. I had a simple to go order, a heights burger (didn’t realize it was 2 patties, that thing is huge/amazing) and was clearly made with skill. The picture doesn’t do it justice. Can’t wait to try more of the menu when back in town.

Can you remember the last time you left a restaurant with a full belly and an uplifted heart? If you can’t recall, then you need to make your way to Sugar Creek. As tourists simply passing through, we stopped in for an early lunch on a Monday. The walls are adorned with tchotchkes with cheeky phrases your nana might utter, like “No good story ever started with, ‘So I was eating a salad…’” Our waitress Rachel was the kind of person who embodied all of the best qualities you want in a waitress, with equal parts warmth, menu recommendations, and gentle ribbing. You can tell that this is a beloved watering hole, the way the patrons faces light up when they see familiar faces behind the register and in the kitchen. The food itself, while quite ordinary, is made in a way that harkens back to made from scratch breakfasts served to hungry, hard-working bellies; no corners cut and with generous servings. Their homemade bread slathered with golden butter is simply a must have.

If you haven’t been here in awhile, try it again. My favorit is the Club. I haven’t had a Club this good in 20 years! Their bugers are PERFECT! Best french fries. Best breakfast! And guess what? The toast is ALWAYS hot when it comes out!
