Went there today ordered three meals. The Cairo, Charleston and Brisket. The ribs and chicken were pink inside. The brisket did not have any flavor. The mac an cheese was dry. I can actually say it was a waste of 73 bucks. The banana pudding was the best I ever had. If you want banana pudding check them out. Not sure if today was a bad day for them but I wish them luck.

The SL ribs are incredibly great. The garden salad with the blackened chicken was another level. I would probably eat here every other day if I lived closer. The staff was professional and attentive.

Went there today to go pick up food for my mom. It was the 1st time that I’ve ever been in there and it was a WONDERFUL experience! It was very clean, smelled great, and the customer service was WONDERFUL! My mom ordered street corn on the cob, but wanted to try the banana pudding. The Lady who took my order (forgot her name) actually gave me a sample of the the banana pudding. They now have a new customer (ME) ☺️. Also they have a mother’s day brunch this upcoming mother’s day and we will be there. If you haven’t been here yet your definitely missing out! From the food to the customer service.

It was my first time there. A friend of mine Performed there that Friday evening. We had the FAMILY meal of fish, slaw, cornbread muffins , greens, I ordered the Barbecue Sandwich, shrimp, ribs, chicken, Banana Puddin, etc. The service was good. Ordered takeout, got the rib and brisket platter, the amount of brisket was so small i would have said something before i left if i saw it. They forgot my cornbread. I ordered the baked beans and didn’t know they contained black beans in them which im allergic to so i couldn’t eat them. I tried calling when i got home to complain but they didn’t answer their phone even though they were open 30 more mins. The brisket was ok, the ribs were good. The sides are small. Most places show you your food before placing it in the takeout bag, unfortunately because of this experience i won’t be going back.

The only thing wrong with this place is that it was empty. I don’t understand why because it was the best ribs and brisket I’ve ever eaten. Authentic pink ring bbq. The Mac and cheese was amazing, the baked beans were great and even the fresh brewed iced tea surprised me with how good it was. If you like bbq I wouldn’t bother going anywhere else.

Food and Service was Great. They also have Live Entertainment. Would go again, and Family Friendly. Mariah Reveria, a very kind and Beautiful young Lady SANG the night I was there on a Friday. Would love to hear her again, she was very familiar with every song the guest requested. PLEASE go for the southern menu and of course Maria’s Beautiful Voice. Will try to post picture of Moriah. She is available for hire at your venue.
