Terrible. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and ketchup and onion rings to go. When opened there was three onion rings and a cheeseburger with no ketchup and no bacon the lettuce was wilted. Paid $14 dollars for this sad lunch. Never again.

No longer sugar Shane’s its now called The Club. I highly suggest eating out here now the food was awesome and hot and fresh. The waitress was phenomenal at what she was doing. When we ate out here as Sugar Shane’s it wasn’t the best tasting steak was rubbery. Like I said i highly suggest it and will be back again

Was there for a party. Granted it was very busy because of that. Ordered our food when everyone else did. Told the waitress 3x we had not received our order yet. About a hr and a half later we decided just to cancel the order and she ran to the kitchen and the food appeared. By then we were over it, and told her we had already canceled it as everyone else was finished and the party was wrapping up. Not a very good experience.

Server didn’t ask if i wanted grilled or fried fish for the fish tacos. I asked after reading the menu how they come and she said fried only and asked if that was okay. I said i guess unless i can get them grilled. She told me, “They only come fried.”

Location is nice! Just on the edge of town. The service was a little slow and almost seemed confused a bit but overall they employees were attentive and friendly. The food was kind of bland, but portion sizes were decently sized.

I’ve been in Eldorado only 4 years , never even heard of this place until I looked for local restaurants on maps .. very surprised when entering . Nice atmosphere, great waitress , food was just awesome.. I ordered Hawaiian chicken .. it was absolutely perfectly cooked .. I had special made LOADED mashed potatoes , awesome again … my girlfriend ordered the chicken fried steak .. huge , and cooked perfectly.. fried okra was on point .. and finally those PORK RINES … sorry , to the other restaurants in Eldorado, this one is the best I’ve had so far … I’m gonna need some of those pork rines EVERY FRIDAY … see ya soon

Horrible service, waiter actully said he had better things to do than help a mother place a child in a booster seat. Never had worse service and repeatedly had to ask for things multiple times.waiter was chanz.
