The restaurant is very nice and has very good drinks with many options. My problem is how salty the phó is. It used to be great, lacking a little flavor, but still good. But the phó is so salty now that it gave me a headache. It’s almost unbearable. The eggrolls and springs rolls are good but the soup is just so salty. Also whenever I order rice plates the rice is very mushy and inconsistent.

First thing first, the name is spot on. A little bit of Sugar, a little bit of Spice and a lot of bit something nice! The food is authentic. Pho, not an option for you, no worries the menu is sure to have something you like. The boba tea and smoothies are by far the best in town, mango boba smoothie is my favorite. Customer service is wonderful, I always look for places with great customer service, that is more important to myself than the actual food quality, however this place gets a 10 out of 10 in both categories for me.

Sugar Spice in Hewitt is a hidden gem! I had an amazing experience there. The food was flavorful and the service was excellent. Their boba drinks were a hit, especially with my daughter. We loved the variety of flavors and the chewy boba pearls. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

Food was ok, nothing to write home about. Service was not good at all. We waited for over 45 minutes to get food. I asked around the 40 minute mark for our food, didn’t even acknowledge me and just said “you have to wait it’s going to be a few minutes for your order!”. I told her we have been waiting for 40+ minutes already. When we received food it was warm, not even hot like they just finished order. People that came in after us were receiving there orders before us, we were not happy they were not that busy. Even the guy next to us commented on our wait since he arrived after us, finished his soup and was leaving. LOL

The most hidden gem in town!! Amazing vermicelli, phò, dry phò and drinks!!! Great staff, clean place and the atmosphere vibes are fantastic. A new favorite place for us.

I love this place and can’t say enough good things about it! I’ve become quite the regular customer over the last several weeks. The pho is easily the best in town- very flavorful broth with bright crisp toppings. I also love the vermicelli bowls- the beef especially is marinated and cooked perfectly! The drink menu is outstanding with a wide variety of choices and combinations and the boba is always perfect! The customer service is spot on. Owners Vince and Alex are wonderful and happy to answer any questions or give great suggestions for different drinks to try. Check this place out and you won’t regret it!

I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken Pho. I like how they serve it with the garnish and spices separately so you can dress it up how you like. The vegetables were so fresh that we seriously drove around the back of the restaurant to see if they had a garden. I highly recommend their pho.
