Previously Pieroni’s pizza in Naperville, but now purchased by the family that owns Zeppes Italian Market in Modaff Plaza. Sugo Mio pizza & pasta will be extending hours and menu items in mid May 2019. They are bringing over their sauce recipes from Zeppe’s, along with their homemade specialties. The traditional thin crust pizza is their top seller but will be also offering pasta dishes, sandwiches, sides and also desserts . Carry out and delivery and will be open for lunch. First time ordered from this place and it was a customer service disaster. Pasta was delivered in the bottom of a paper bag. Manager blamed Door Dash but I am sure Door Dash did not open the container and spill it. Obviously not packaged correctly. Spoke to the ‘manager’ who would not let me even finish my questions and was confrontational. Instead of making me a happy customer she argued with me and kept telling me to call Door Dash (which is not prominent on their site). If Door Dash is their delivery service they should have to taken responsibility. She should have credited me for a meager $10 but instead lost a good customer-we have pizza every week and will NEVER order from this place again. Amateur, untrained management clueless on customer service. Very disappointed. Stay away.

Friendly local pizza joint with fantastic and fresh ingredients. We’ve ordered pizza many times from here over the last few years and every pizza has been a hit at home. I prefer the pan pizza style, and my wife prefers the thin crust, but both are excellent. The sauce is delicious too!

I went here for a shoot and became a very satisfied customer. Joe and his store manager are great the food looks great but tastes even better. They even sell pizza by the slice and have bowls without pasta for gluten free folks like me. I also plan to go back when I am in the area and may even make a special trip. I had the sausage bowl with cheese and sauce. Very tasty.

Time and time again, their hours say they’re open, but they don’t answer the phone. The answering message is rude, and they have the glitchiest phone line when they do choose to answer (cuts in and out). I liked their food, with a couple of exceptions in quality (almost like a different restaurant made the same order), but the headaches aren’t worth it.
