Delicious ramen and sushi! My husband and I came here for dinner. It was recommended by his co-worker. The staff are friendly, attentive and prompt at serving. Our plates and food are served beautifully! Look at the pics I posted. I even had this edible flower in my soft crab spider roll. Highly recommended and giving it a five-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was great, place was packed with multiple guests, door dash drivers and takeout orders. Biggest complaint is I could have used more tempura sauce. Definitely worth it. Next time maybe I’ll eat there or walk out back to the harbor for the sunset.

Good fast service ramen and sushi restaurant. Service was friendly and the place was clean. Many options on the ramen and the food came out very fast. The egg was properly cooked as well as the ramen. The Chasu was a bit overcooked however. The soup base could been more complex but the price at about $13 was very reasonable. Overall a good experience.

Came here for a lunch date with friends and had a great time. Our waiter was awesome! He was friendly and very funny. The ramen was pretty good, and you get a lot of it! The rolls were pretty good, my only complaint is that they were all very soft. I like my rolls to have a little better structure, but I have no complaints about the flavor. We will definitely come back.

New owner since June/2022. Suisen has the Same Awesome Ramen Recipe but wayyy better take out packaging. Called to order and answered immedietely. Ordered the Fuji Ramen and they provide a take out bowl that has two levels one for the noodles and one for the Miso Ramen. This soup stayed hot till we got home 20 minutes away. The problem with Kitanoya (the previous business) packaging was that they would put the cold noodles and extras in a Styrofoam box then when you got home and put the noodles in it would make the soup temp colder which made me need to reheat it a little past halfway through. The new interior walls of the restaurant are now covered in a wood that reminds me of traditional Japanese homes. It is very calming. Although I was just doing a pick up order, all the cooks and the 2 servers were very welcoming and all told me to have a good night. I will definetely be coming back.

A couple of restaurants to choose. We went to kitanoya Asian place. Food was good. I had the garlic bomb Ramen. But too salty. Service was fast but staff need to have table manners. Trying to reached her arm across your face by not saying excuse me. It’s just unethical. We’ve requested to have our seats wiped but came back did nothing. Outdoor dining only but heaters weren’t operable. They’ve changed since the last time we’ve visited.

Previously kitanoya was my fav brought a friend to dine after a run on the harbor. 1/10 customer service started off nice but server Adrianna never brought out my food. I ordered California roll to go and other roll to dine in.. Cancelled entire order after waiting 49 minutes.( 3 other families dining came after me received before me) On the way out Adrianna became confrontational on why I didn’t pay… I received nothing…. What am I paying for? Under new management and it shows.
