The food is so great! It was recommended to me by a coworker who raved about it everyday. Finally got the chance to try it tonight and OMG. Delicious! The food was amazing. The staff is kind. The restaurant is awesome too! They have a stage and games for the family. We got the bbq chicken and pork bowls with mango and strawberry banana smoothies. Definitely recommend!

I got the chicken katsu bowl and mango tea and it was amazing. The flavors were incredible, and so many different flavors too. At one point I think I bit down on a pineapple and it was delightful! There’s a layer of macaroni noodles on the bottom which were a really nice surprise. The service was amazing as well. You really can’t find anything else like this in Fairbanks. If you’re on the fence because of the prices, keep in mind that this is authentic, and it’s made with so much love and care, you will not be disappointed. Also, the bowls are huge!! The plates are even bigger. I could only eat about half of my bowl, and now I have leftovers for lunch! 10/10! So yummy!

Best meal ive had in Fairbanks. Would highly recommend. Come in hungry because the pirtions are huge!! But dont let that fool you, the quality is top notch and the flavors are amazing. Staff were super friendly and service was fast. Plus you get some good island reggae and a beach ambiance. Dont take my word for it. Go try out Sukas as soon as possible

Your food is damn good, and that’s the only reason for the 3 stars. Please update this site instead of putting a note on your door. I ordered online, and it never gave me any indication that your main hub is closed for the season. Now I’m going back to work with no food for 4 people, and no time to pick anything else up. Please please update this to save other people from the same problem.
