Had the curry tonkotsu. Good curry flavor, but could’ve been a bit more powerful or fat (without being greasy). Good chicken and condiments. Noodles pretty plain, didn’t do a great job of picking up the broth.

It was alright, It was my first time having legit ramen at a restaurant; it was edible but I really didn’t care for it. Maybe it was just what I got which was the Nagasaki seafood which consisted of shrimp and mussels, mild spice and it wasn’t spicy enough for me. The person I went with who was also eating ramen for the first time said theirs was really good so maybe just an acquired taste. Service was great, no complaints there.

Wow wow wow. Delicious Japanese restaurant! Decided to go here for ramen since they have both meat and vegetarian options. When we were in the restaurant to pick up our order, place was packed (like all tables are full) which looks like this place is really good (1st time being here) . And it was! Both my sister’s Vegi and my Meat D.I.Y ramens were good, salad was good, and the Vegi Kale ramen (vegetarian) was good. Broths were also good as well. So all in all, great Japanese/ramen restaurant. Will be back and would recommend this place if you want Japanese food or ramen.

Flavorful and filling bowl of Tonkatsu ramen hit the spot after a winter day outdoors. I lucked out to grab a seat on Saturday night and was in and out in 20 minutes. I was by myself and not looking to linger and sometimes all you want is a quick delicious meal!

Don’t wanna wait in line for all those posh ramen shops in Denver but still want an amazing bowl of ramen? Sukiya is definitely a more casual, no frills ramen shop. It hits the spot for when it’s freezing cold and you want a delicious hot bowl of tasty ramen and tonkotsu/shoyu broth. Definitely love that they have a kimchi ramen. Probably my favorite. Can’t wait to come back for lunch!
